I will be returning when I'm back in the area, absolutely loved the steak and cheese
Lived here my whole life, and not once had I heard of this place or even noticed it was a restaurant, despite passing it countless times. However, after seeing the review here, I stopped in today with my daughter for our first visit, and we're already planning our next trip back! The burger was a huge hit with my husband and daughter (10/10), the soup was amazing (though I had to wrestle a taste from my daughter ), and the steak and cheese was the best I've ever had in Hagerstown. The friendly lady at checkout added to our enjoyment. This will undoubtedly become a new favorite spot for us
The only negative thing that happened here.... our food took an hour to get to our table. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! There were only 2 people working, mother-daughter team. They did exceptionally well considering there was a new customer walking in every 2 minutes. The place was extremely busy. The food, AMAZING . Super fresh, flavorful, hot, well seasoned. Large portions too! Homemade everything with the exception of the bags of chips and canned/bottled drinks. Try the steak n cheeses and the chocolate cake with peanut butter icing unless you have allergens of course I will definitely return, but call an order ahead of time.
I finally got to try this place today, and I was not disappointed! I had the 40 west cold sub which was delicious and huge for the price!the broccoli cheddar soup was also great! Everything seemed really fresh. The desserts look amazing! The service was great and they were soo friendly! I will definitely be back for more!
Cheeseburger sub is fantastic. They are made from real ground beef, not frozen pre-formed patties. The ham and turkey are great as well, especially on the club sub which has actual fried bacon, not the microwaved kind from other places. Everything was good. I look forward to trying more items on the menu.
This place is a hidden gem!!!! The food is excellent no matter what you get and the amount of meat on the subs is crazy. It is all good!!!! I highly recommend stopping in and getting some good eats!!!!
Best cheesesteak around. Bacon double cheeseburger very good. Customer service very good. Stop in and give it a try you wont be disappointed. Variety of soups. Cant wait to try the slippery ham pot pie.
First time eating there.It was delicious, we had the cheese steak sub it was filled FULL.Could of made any sandwich..So yummy. Broccoli salad was the best. Will definitely be back.
