Pumkins always been my go to for comfort food, black owned and operated, never have I gotten a bad meal, the food is fresh and delicious- the fried catfish is awesome and the jumbo sized chicken wings go hard! U cant eat 3 of them in one seating
Food is absolutely amazing some of possibly the best BBQ I've ever had don't let the atmosphere turn you away I love their honey BBQ SAUCE CHICKEN TURKEY & Ribtips are the way to go also macncheese & cobbler everything thing is great make sure to call before going to find out if they have what you want always very busy so plan on having to wait! And there is no where to sit and wait!

This food is so much better than McDonald’s. If I lived so much closer I would be eating here everyday
Call in food prepard when you get there. Great value for money. Jumbo wings with or without bbq sauce are great very good meaty rib tips very tender not chewy.
Food is always fresh. Turkey Tips and honey barbecue chicken strips are delicious. Service is quick and prices are reasonable! Would recommend to anyone craving chicken or soul food!
My Pop is in hospice at Hines VA… I go every day to visit him and have driven past pumpkins around 40 times now. Been trying to stop and was able to stop today! I have to say it was so good it brought tears to my eyes… It was so good I might have to move to Maywood. Everyone was super friendly the prices are right the sauces are GREAT. The chicken wings melted in my mouth, didn't even get to try the Mac and cheese. The hot links were crazy delicious and can't wait to try the gizzards.
