Thanks to Sofia for great recommendations and service. We came here overwhelmed by the choices of delicious choices. She asked what we liked and even gave us gluten free options - skirt steak and branzino - and took care of us on a busy night. She was very professional and managed several tables diligently. Will come back and recommend friends.

​If you’re at the Aventura Mall and want an incredible meal, CVI.CHE 105 is the place to go. The food is vibrant, fresh, and truly "out of this world." ​We decided on the Tetra de Ceviches, and it was the perfect choice. It allowed us to sample four different flavors, each one completely unique and absolutely amazing. It’s a fantastic way to experience the variety and skill that goes into their dishes. ​The atmosphere is modern and energetic, making it a great spot to take a break from shopping. Between the stunning presentation and the bold flavors, this was easily the highlight of our day!

What a great meal! Took my parents out for their 50th anniversary. They don't know much about Peruvian food, but my wife and I love this place. G took great care of us, and made sure we had a great time. As always, the food was incredible!

Visited twice while in Miami and both times were great. The first time I sat at the bar and the bartender was very helpful and attentive, even with so many orders coming through. The second visit I returned with my friend. Our server gave us some great recommendations. Everything was delicious. The menu can be intimidating, but definitely ask questions. To anyone skeptical of eating at an establishment at shopping mall, leave that preconceived judgement behind. This is one of many great options, and one you can unquestionably go back to on multiple occasions.

Cviche 105 never disappoints. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server Daria She was so sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. Everything was delicious.

Amazing food! Rey assisted us on describing some plates and giving us preferences, the suspiro limeño was one of the best ones I had in Miami! Try the chicha morada!

I wanted to try some seafood — especially to get my picky kids to try something new — and this place exceeded all expectations. We ordered the ceviche dish our server recommended, and for the kids, a stir-fried rice with seafood (our server also suggested adding steak just in case they refused the seafood part — great idea!). When the ceviche arrived, our jaws literally dropped. The presentation was astonishing — absolutely beautiful. It came with a variety of sashimi, urchin sauce, crispy rice, octopus, oysters, and salads of raw fish, octopus, and shrimp. Incredibly unique and bursting with flavor. We were so happy with the dish we even high-fived! The stir-fried rice was also very tasty, and the kids actually enjoyed it. Our server, Dennis, was amazing — professional, friendly, and spot-on with his recommendations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at this Peruvian restaurant! We ordered the ceviche, lomo saltado with risotto, and anticuchos, and every dish was packed with incredible flavor and beautifully prepared. The key lime pie was the perfect way to end the meal—fresh, creamy, and not too sweet. A special shoutout to Sofía, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and so helpful with explaining the menu and making recommendations. Her warm service truly elevated the entire dining experience. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!
