Moved right around the corner..First time here and loved it came back the next day forgot to take another pic bc we wanted to eat it so fast..had gumbo and chili first day and I’m from Louisiana that was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ then had Philly Omelette with homemade biscuit and crispy bacon this time!

I placed an order for 3 junior burger combo's with Mayo and mustard and added cheese with no onions, crispy ff, and drinks to go because they couldn't take my order over the phone. Picked up our dinner and went home. Once home, all looked good, except we DID NOT have cheese or mustard on our burgers, and I had to add mustard (added a picture). I was a little irritated because of the price that was paid and didn't get everything we wanted.

Red Cap has always been hit or miss, but with the new look and management, I feel there is hope for the future. Some of the new menu items are great. But some are not good at all, I'm looking at you Chicken Fried Steak and Biscuits. Overall, a good experience, the new look and design gives it a modern feel with the same hometown experience.

Exceeded expectations. No drama. No worries. Just great food. Excellent staff. Tara is a great representative for your restaurant and would make a fine employee for any company. Onion rings are beer batter perfect and the hamburger was homemade and well done. Clean bathroom and floors. Excellent sound system.

Tara was the most polite, kind and sweet waitress we have ever had! She really made our night with her great service and friendliness with our whole family. The food was delicious, especially the burrito plate and the house made waffle icecream cones!

Alright folks, I went again tonight and I have to say everything was amazing. Unfortunately they ran out of mashed potatoes that my wife ordered but that just means they must be good. She got grilled chicken with a salad and macaroni since the taters were out. I got hamburger steak with salad and fried okra. My son got the pancakes with macaroni and cheese (yes I know it's weird). I also ordered the cheese fries and fried mushrooms appetizers. The fried mushrooms were perfect. Not lava hot, juicy, perfectly fried. The fries were well seasoned and the queso on top tasted as if it were homemade. It was great. My meal was fantastic. The hamburger steak was a little too well done for me but it wasn't anything I couldn't live with. My wife's grilled chicken was phenomenal. The pancakes however, oh boy, IHOP needs to just move out of the way! Best pancakes I've ever tasted. My son ate almost the whole plate. It comes with 3 pancakes. We then opted for a banana split and a waffle cone for dessert. I love all the blue bell options they offer. Not just the boring chocolate or vanilla options. I did take some pictures so if I can figure out how to add them y'all will see them! I definitely recommend eating here. Our server was very attentive, the restaurant was CLEAN, and it's just got the hometown feel that us southerners really like when we go to our local eatery. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Y'all definitely should support this business.

10 out of 10!! All was made fresh to order and tasted delicious! Restrooms are clean, and the staff was very helpful and provided the best customer service! First time here, though, will definitely be a regular! Don't change a thing, all was PERFECT!!

The hamburgers are good, kind of home style and made fresh. Nice people here.
