Good burgers and dogs. Great value meals; they come with a side of fries and a drink for a fair price. In a nice walkable downtown area, to walk off your meal. Would visit here often if we lived nearby.
I love Uncle Eees and the family that runs the place! They have been a staple here since I’ve been a child and now I get to work with them for catering, and they never disappoint. They are always well priced and arrive on time (which is always my greatest fear in catering but not with them).
I've been going here, since it was named Jake's! Everytime I visit Morganton, I stop in for a burger. Nice and simple burgers that are done well. It's nice to be able to stop in at a place that doesn't put truffle aoli on everything or put fifteen toppings on every burger.
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE! I love taking my lunch breaks here. The people are super friendly, the food is great American food. Probably the best burgers and hotdogs in burke county for what you pay for them.
I went to this place for the first time and I absolutely loved it. I can't wait to go back. They have really low prices, the food is fresh, not frozen. And the service is super fast and friendly. I recommend it 1000%!
Noticed the building when we went to Chamber of Comm. to get info. Went on a hike then returned to Uncle Eee’s. Well worth the return trip. It has a wide variety of hamburgers and other. It is just what a hamburger place should be, inviting, fast and good. Onion rings and fries also did not disappoint. Thanks Uncle Eee.
