Best Sushi in town! Though that's not saying much, best sushi for a while. Haven't really had issues with the food. They don't overcook the squid, which is nice because every other place thinks squid should be harder to chew than a boot. I've only eaten in store once and I go the feeling they didn't want me there as they kept asking if I was done even though it was 1pm on a Tuesday. Delivery is expensive, but if you are able to get it the foods good.
Great food for a good price. Dining in can be a little crowded, but the food is always tasty. If you want take out, always count on a solid half hour before it’s ready.
We love to go to kotoyama. Food is always good. Only real complaint is I like to sub for spicy crab meat in any of my rolls and the spicy is very inconsistent. One time it's barely any spice and next it's hot. They need an actual recipe and not just wing it. Also need to get some blackout blinds for that sun beaming in the afternoons. But will definitely be back on the regular.

Loved the food here and will be back for more. Went here for a date night and it did not disappoint. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Food was out of this world. Love the crunch rolls. Food came out quite fast too! For a small hole in the wall restaurant, this place was great, and i plan on coming back for more.
The Kotoyama special is a go to, the steak is wonderful! Also I requested a special roll that became a favorite! It's a little spicy and tangy and a lot delicious! Ask Pollo to make the MandaPanda roll for you! The only thing that would make this place better would be if they served saki and wine!

Update--10-4-25 I have been here a few times now. My favorite roll so far is the passion roll. Its refreshing and spicy at the same time. Yummy. -------- This was my first time coming here. I met a friend for lunch. There was no wait when I got there. (11:45am) The service was good. The food was good. I will be back when I am ready for more sushi.
