Cantaritos Mexican Grill

I recently dined at this fantastic Mexican restaurant, and it was one of the best Mexican meals I've had in months! The food was incredibly flavorful, beautifully presented, and the portion sizes were very generous. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic dishes, and I particularly loved the assorted tacos—each one was delicious! They also had great drinks, including aguas frescas and cocktails, and delightful desserts. The ambiance was vibrant and authentic, with colorful decor and even live music on certain nights. The service was top-notch, especially from Karen, who was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving excellent Mexican cuisine in Vancouver!

Food was really good. Slightly overpriced, but not bad. I took my daughter here for dinner, and the waitress didnt have cutlery ready at my seat, no napkins. When I asked for some napkins she gave me paper ones, not clothe like the rest. I had to go up front and find rhe waitress 2 times to ask about menu items, as an example I asked if they do half orders of nachos and if they come ground beef. They didnt come with ground beef, but beans instead. I had to go up front and find her again at the end of the meal to order dessert. She didnt come to refill our water, and to final straw was when she brought the churos with chocolate and ice-cream she didnt give us any spoons for the ice cream. So for 4 tacos, half order of nachos, 3 churos, 1 cake. It cost almost $90 and I still tipped her. Only 10% based on the absolutely poor customer service. And they weren't all that busy to be honest. Ill come back and try so either items ont gr menu but if the service is this poor next time I absolutely will not be coming back unless I cam choose another server

The moment I walked in the interior is very welcoming, I love the decor they put in. The servers are very kind, especially the guy named Andreo. The food was also very delicious, we ordered 3 dishes but didn't realize they had huge portions. They also had iced horchata latte which I decided to order and was very pleasant! I would definitely come here again :) The server recommended to come on a Thursday because they have karaoke night. I want to try their margaritas next time.

Food was very tasty. Portions were decent. Authentic Mexican dishes which I love . There is parking but it can be very busy. We were lucky to get the last spot. When we left there was a lineup of people to be seated and to park. Very glad to see that they are successful.

We received excellent customer service from Andres. Special thanks to him for supporting Nickholas Kim in planning my birthday surprise and proposal. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and professional, making our experience truly memorable. The food was excellent, and the margarita was the best I have ever tasted.

Food was served but there wasn’t much of an engagement between the server staff and us. Aside from that, the vibes were fabulous just in the structure alone! Felt like we were in some parts of Mexico and the food.. oh my gosh those tacos.. we will definitely want to come back but if you’re going to ask for tips on the bill, you have to remember: tips = service. Just making the food and serving it doesn’t qualify as tippable, that’s part of your basic employee wages.

Awesome restaurant. I love the decor and vibes it gave. The portions were huge. I got the enchiladas with red sauce and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The rice and beans were even better than what I’ve had at other restaurants. My partner had the tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them. They were loaded with great tasting ingredients. The tres leches was also good and definitely a good way to round off the meal. The staff were great and helpful in decision making as well.
