First visit. The service was fast and friendly. I love the sel-serve chips. Fantastic food. Will definitely return. Luz is super nice and helpful.
Got to stop by this place if you live in the DFW area. Best food, and service ever. Food is 10 out of 100. Im in here at least once or twice a week. The atmosphere unbelievable. And make sure you see Luz best customer service as well.
When I entered the store I was greeted warmly by this lovely lady named Luz. We exchanged conversations and she provided great service. She needs recognition for her hard work.
I love pollo Regio, their food is always delicious but sometimes the customer service is a hit or miss. Luz assisted me today in the drive through line and she was so kind and awesome. Will definitely be returning to this location. The Regio bowl is my favorite and never disappoints.
