The restaurant is very very nice and clean, service is fast and the presentation is amazing. However we tried the Churros which came as usual in an excellent presentation but with no taste and seemed like fried in the same oil as other foods so it had that unpleasant smell of frying with other items. Prices are above medium but worth it
Love this place but did not like the waiter afterwards hounding us to do a review of his service on tripadvisor.
Porfirio’s is a high end restaurant in Puebla, Mexico. I had dinner there on a Friday night. The hostess was very friendly and spoke clear English. I was very impressed by the ambient, service, and food presentation of this restaurant. A Mexican musical band stormed into the dining room. The servers passed out sparklers to everyone. The entire restaurant was filled with joy and energy. This is a place to have fun, have a few drinks, and enjoy good food. Juan Ramon Alvarez is the manager there. He has done a great job.
Where to start? Andersons is always a guarantee of an excellent hosting experience. Frmo the owner who was sitting next to us, until the lady in the toilet, along with stewards and of course the waiter. About the food? Gee! Amazingly cooked, served and the best taste in town. I'd only change the beat of the music, this is NOT a mall people! Try and get some more variety, please. But overall, it is a for everything!
Amazing place with amazing food and service. Chiles en Nogalas was the best I have had so far. Comes with a card with information and the serial number. Other food brought was great and some had special presentations to go with it. Definitely a place to go to in Puebla
