Great experience! Tables are super well maintained, even during rush. The girl who took my order was super patient with me when I was being indecisive, and was very sociable. My avocado toast was perfectly seasoned, and my friend was satisfied with the portion of her sandwich. I ordered a hot late which was one of the best that I’ve had in the area. I’m excited to return again soon!

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back! It was such a cozy, well kept and beautifully decorated little pie spot! I came with my clients that have special needs and Jackie was very kind and patient with them. They sometimes can be indecisive or take a little bit to ask questions but she was so friendly with them and treated them and me with respect.That kindness goes a very long way in my book! We all loved our pies as well as teas and hot chocolate! Delicious!

Such an adorable little shop to visit!!! The ambience is perfect (clean and inviting atmosphere) - the staff is very helpful and efficient and the pie was FRESH AND TASTY!!! We enjoyed the Smoked Turkey Sandwich, the Triple Berry Pie and the Pie Of The Month - Strawberry/Rhubarb. The sandwich was freshly prepared - very tasty and served with choice of soup, salad or pasta salad. Excellent combination of flavors and I would definitely order the same again. The pies were both very tasty - scrumptious filling and very buttery flavor to the crust! I would highly recommend visiting for a nice cup of coffee or tea - a relaxing lunch - or a slice of pie! Also, always nice to frequent a small, family-owned business. Definitely will return and try some more of their delicious offerings! YUM!

Nana’s Banana cream pie I’m enjoying this pie as I write this review. Reading reviews on the pies.. people seem to not like the crust What I will say about the crust is it is more flaky and is kind of like a Croissant flattened. This is more of a home made feel to it. I can understand if you are use to a crumbling crust. This would be different. The creamy texture and flavors are very enjoyable. I feel the crust gives a good crunch or chew to the pie as you bite into it. If you enjoy banana pie. I’d recommend this.

Very cute place, staff nice and prompt. Empty when I went, so it was relaxing. I had the chicken salad sandwich, and iced mocha and the pumpkin pie. All were yummy!! I highly recommend the pumpkin pie.

I really enjoy the chocolate silk pie here - I think the filling is rich and not overly sweet, which is too often the case with chocolate silk pies. The banana cream was not my favorite, I feel like it is lacking salt and vanilla, but that is a personal preference and the texture of the custard is perfect, in my opinion. Service here was prompt and the staff was eager to tell me about their favorites which was nice!

Amazing pies!! We got two pies as gifts: banana cream pie and Irish pie. They are both really good, but the banana one is just divine. The crust is a bit hard as some reviews said. But the crunchy texture goes amazingly well with the velvety cream and banana mouse that just melt in your mouth. Easily one of the best pies I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it and can’t wait to check out the store.

Love Franklin's Pie Co. so much! One of our favorite little places to sit and have delicious food and coffee. The atmosphere is adorable. I have also gotten the banana cream pie and blueberry pie to go and both were fantastic.
