Every time I order food from down town L'Anse Pizza Shack it always tastes great. The service was fast it didn't even have to wait very long just usual time
Excellent pizza & grade nacho's. Service was great! The girls were very nice. Not much for atmosphere, but if you want good food, I highly recommend stopping at the Pizza Shack.
We love their chicken bacon ranch pizza! Not much left. That speaks for itself right?
I’ve always left pizza shack with a positive experience. Even when you order at the counter the service is quick and they are always friendly. Love the hot subs and their salad is a really nice lunch option!
Y'ALL THIS FOOD IS AMAZING!!! I WOULD CHOSE THEM OVER ANY SUB AND OR PIZZA PLACE IN THY UNIVERSE!!! -Very friendly service. (They are very nice in person too, trust me.) -Their bread is chef's kiss. -Their subs are a wonderful choice Instead of the subway down the road. (Sorry Owners!) -Their pizza is better than the Irene's Pizza in Baraga. -They have a wonderful vibe inside. -Chips and Soda are sold as well. -The bathrooms are well maintained. - The pizza and subs are overall godly and well made, very consumable, You get tastes like a sweet and savory overload, they also have some internationality infused with some of the items. -Very sanitary. Very well recommended, are you crazy? Just a little info, This is a School project made by Dorothy Janda, a local, well... I spend most of my summer here. But, the reviews that I made are very well genuine. Eat here, now... NOW!!! - If y'all are reading, God Bless! -Dorothy Janda
Best damn sub in town. Simple walk up and order, they bring it to the table. I’m going to say that it’s the bread that elevates the sub. The misses enjoys the taco sub. Ground beef, lettuce, tomato, sour cream. She adds Doritos on it (available at the counter). I like the Stinger, ham and salami with mild/hot peppers and mozzarella on garlic bread. The pizza is good. A little heavy on the cheese for my taste but I say that as a positive thing. Good sauce flavor, but let’s be real I keep getting the sandwiches.
Insanely good sandwiches. Bread and meats are cooked to perfection. Highly recommend, every time we are in Lanse during mealtime we make a point to stop. This shop also donates to local charities. Can’t go wrong with good people serving good food!!
Decided to try a pizza place I'd never been to before even though I've lived in the area for a while. I'm giving it four stars overall for the following: - I was waited on promptly and politely but had to wait over half an hour for my pizza. I've worked in the restaurant industry, specifically the pizza business (and not a national franchise), and it does not take 30+ minutes to make and bake a pizza. It was not a particularly busy night, even for a Friday. To be fair, I was told it would take this long. 3 persons were working, so it did not seem short-staffed. I was also not impressed that two staff members (teenage girls) were eating and drinking in the make area and did not wash their hands afterward. Both are no-nos in the food service industry - health code violations. - The pizza, which I had ordered for take out, was tasty. I enjoyed it, but for a large, meat lovers pizza, it was somewhat skimpy on the meat compared to other places. - The establishment was clean, and other than me, the workers, and a few pickups to go, it was pretty quiet. No one was dining in. Maybe folks just don't here. What did catch my attention was how every customer who came to pick up an order, except me and one other, used the one handicapped parking space while inside. That's not a reflection on the establishment but rather the rude and inconsiderate customers. If you need accessible parking, this is not the place for you. I might consider ordering from this place again.
