Tonkotsu Ramen Tsukiya

I really enjoyed their chewy ramen. The chicken broth was rich and flavourful, and the Cha Siu was tender and well prepared. Portion size was just right, and the overall balance of texture and taste made it very satisfying. The place has a nice atmosphere and friendly service, which made the experience even better. I finished the entire bowl!

Some of the best ramen I have had in a long time, if not ever. They have a very tight and simple menu that frequently sells out, demonstrating the freshness and quality of the food. The small restaurant is super cute, and the server was professional and attentive. Our food came so quickly and at a very reasonable price. The gyozas were also delicious. Will definitely be a regular here!

Hard to say anything negative about this place. Simple menu, delicious ramen broth and pork was deliciously cooked. Loved it!

Amazing little place definitely a must try!!! The ramen is so fatty, flavourful and full of depth. Had the extra spicy miso ramen and shoyu ramen, both 10/10! The gyoza is also fantastic. The pork melts in your mouth and the service is great.

The ramen was perfectly chewy and smooth — every bite had that satisfying bounce! But the real star was the broth. Rich, flavorful, and absolutely addictive — especially the miso base. It had the perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet. So good!

We were visiting from Victoria and looked for Raman restaurants by our hotel. Absolutely delicious and only remembered to take a picture at the end (which was empty bowls!). I got the Spicy Miso (highly recommend, level 1 was perfect for someone who enjoys the flavor but not too spicy, would even try level 2) and Shoyu for my daughter which she loved. Tried a piece of Gyoza from a friend and would definitely order next time as it was really good.
