I arrived late to our table and within moments of me sitting down, Kylie was at our table to welcome me and take our orders. She was nice and attentive to us. Food was delicious and they had items on the menu that were gluten-free. Kylie was very knowledgeable about the restaurant's gluten-free items and our gluten-challenged friend thoroughly enjoyed her meal. We would come here again!
We had breakfast at Smitty’s and were lucky to have Kylie as our server. She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. Her positive attitude made our morning even better. Kylie was also very efficient—our food came out quickly, our drinks were always topped up, and she checked in at just the right times. Overall, she made our visit wonderful. Thank you, Kylie! Highly recommend her service.
Kylie greeted us when we walked in, seated us and took our order quickly. She was very sweet throughout our meal, checking on us and bringing condiments etc. Was very nice to have someone bubbly and friendly attending to us without hovering or overdoing it.
The restaurant was quiet and the staff was very friendly. We arrived just towards the breakfast crowd, and the restaurant had plenty of customers, but we were seated promptly, and our orders were taken. Our food arrived about 10 minutes and everyone was happy with their order.
My server Simran was very friendly, attentive and helpful with my order. The place must have been experiencing a breakfast rush as the place was packed and quite busy. Nevertheless the order was taken in a timely manner, the food came out quite quickly considering how packed and busy the place was, if you consider how many other order and table were on the go. So props to Simran for the great service in the busy place. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Kylie was our server and she was so good. Very attentive polite and definitely made our children feel comfortable and welcome. The food was also good so overall a great experience.
I visited Smitty’s Family Restaurant with my family for breakfast last weekend, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away, which set a great tone for the meal. Our server, Simran, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us often without being intrusive. She helped us with our order, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. Smitty’s made our morning really enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
