My family member came in for a drink or two and a dinner with some work friends, she said the food and service was great. She brought me home takeout, I figured a chicken parm sub might get a bit soggy... But decided to take the chance anyway. I don't often write reviews but I had to for this because that was the best sandwich I've ever had.... Do yourself a favor and give them a visit and let the chef make your day. Thank you, definitely earned a repeat customer.

Very friendly atmosphere, amazing food created with care and detail, classy modern atmosphere and great staff! A great establishment for all ages, accessibility inside and out, and some of the dog regulars that stop by. The coffee is phenomenal as well!

Nothing like satisfying your Bar I Deluxe Fries cravings..picture in this review are the chicken fingers with deluxe fries..one being banana peppers and mozzarella and the other herb and garlic! Never disappointed..Bar I has been a staple since I was my teens. Spent my early twenties celebrating my birthday here and I have the best memories..definite changes in crowds over the decades..but the food brings me back!!

Excellent time. Their burgers are worth the trip, and so many options, on bun, artisan bread, or wrap. But also their fries are served with lots of flare, the cheese and bell pepper, the pesto and feta, the herb garlic. All amazingly flavourful. Great service. Great food.

Who doesn't miss patio season?! Pictured below is their feature pizza. It has eggplant, arugula, parmesan cheese, avocado and topped with a fried egg We also got iced coffee and matcha latte to go with our pizza. I quite enjoyed the pizza since the ingredients they used were everything I loved! I hope they bring it back to their menu or have something similar. When we arrived, they said we can sit anywhere so we opted to sit outside and enjoy the sunny weather. Their patio had the right amount of shade and sunshine. Since the location is at Corydon, expect to park on the street and depending on what time you go, you might end up walking.

Went to Bar I for poutine week. My friends love this place. I have to say the poutine was one of the best priced that we'd seen. $11.60 as opposed to everyone else which was closer to $15+ Definitely got great value. It wasn't a true poutine in my opinion, but it was really delicious as a nacho cheese fry. The deep fried jalapenos was a great touch. I didn't get a chance to check out the rest of the menu, but this encourages me to try them out next time I'm in town.

Loved the perogies at this longstanding establishment in Corydon village. Also really enjoyed the fish tacos. If you like perogies - try these ones - they were perfectly cooked.
