My boyfriend and I came in tonight for some drinks and appis and we had Kiera as our server, she was so sweet, when I ordered my drink she said she personally loves the same one which was lovely to know ! She checked on us the perfect amount, her service was speedy and ensured we were happy and having a good time. This girl deserves a raise ! Food was also incredible and our drinks were fantastic too, love this location ! Thanks so much :)
Dined here twice and had a good experience both times. Service was exceptional. The atmosphere is what you get at all BSH locations. I was a bit disappointed - and this is happening at more establishments regularly - in the portion of protein. In this case it is the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. We are still paying the higher prices but receiving less of the premium part of the product. The chicken portion was literally the size of a standard wallet size plastic card, as seen in the photo. The size is reticent of squab vs an adult chicken breast. It gives a new meaning to the term "shrinkflation." Still a nice experience overall.
Our waitress was a little blonde (no disrespect intended) whose name we missed. My son-in-law and I went in for the first time on Saturday Oct. 4th. The young lady provided fantastic, efficient cheerful service which will be a positive factor in our return. The fish and chips was wonderful in every respect. The ambience is very nice, and best of all the music is restful and not too loud. I recommend Browns without hesitation.
Stopped here for lunch on our trip through Alberta. Drew and Matt were so kind, attentive and went out of their way to make this a special visit for us. The food was amazing. We had burgers and the Southwest Bowl for lunch. I highly recommend the brownie. They make it in house so not the typical frozen dessert from other restaurants. The chocolate was so rich.
We immediately felt welcome when we walked in. We were met with warm, genuine smiles. Jen and Rachel were incredible hosts and servers. We felt very taken care of. And on top of the amazing service, the food was incredible. 100% recommend and will come again. Thank you!!!!
A great place to take your family and enjoy some delicious food. They have a nice sized patio, a huge indoor dining with lots of options for all sizes of groups
