Demetres Desserts Oakville

We came to Demetres after dinner at another restaurant, just for dessert, and it was the perfect choice! The place has a warm, modern vibe and is great for ending the night with something sweet. We ordered the Cocoa Ono and the Sticky Toffee Pudding, and both were amazing. The Cocoa Ono had a perfect balance of chocolate and cream, while the Sticky Toffee Pudding was rich, warm, and paired beautifully with ice cream. We were four people, and two plates were more than enough — the portions are huge! The tiramisu and the ice cream cup are from a second time we went here. They were equally delicious. Service was friendly and fast both times. A bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it for the quality and presentation. Definitely one of the best dessert spots in Mississauga!

Demetres in Oakville has been my go-to dessert spot for at least 20 years now. Before google review even started and smoking was allowed in restaurants. The service has always been consistently excellent: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Whether it’s a quiet night or a busy weekend, the staff make you feel right at home. And the desserts? Always delicious. From waffles and crepes to sundaes and their decadent cakes, everything is full of flavour. Today I tried their new menu and wow. Matcha on waffles is amazing! They never skimp on quality or presentation. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer and savor every bite. If you're looking for a reliable, cozy spot with amazing desserts and great service, Demetres Oakville is a true gem. Here's to many more years of sweet memories!

Went today with my sis and was served by Gabe!! He was very nice and gave great service. Very attentive if needing to order or get the bill. He was the only one serving people at the time but he handled everything well as it was late in the night. And the food didn’t take too long so that was a plus! :)

Creating Lasting Memories, In late November, I went in with a very special request. I asked the host at the time, Noah, if it would be possible to have their staff help me in asking my partner to make it official, I wanted writing on a plate asking if she would be my girlfriend. Noah did inform they don't have the utensils or ingredients to regularly do as much, but he'll make a special request. He went to the server Marionne (who was an absolute gem) and assured me they would do the best they can. A few hours later, after a movie date, I surprised her with a stop in here and Marionne was our server, already privy to my request earlier. Not only was her service at our table top notch, but she beautifully accomodating my request without more than a wink, keeping it all under wraps. My girlfriend was floored, absolutely estastic and it was all thanks to the efforts, creativity and accomodations to Marionne and Noah. A huge shout out and thanks to them for creating a one of a kind lasting memory. While there are many Demetres out there, this one sticks out as a very special place. I highly recommend them!

This Demetres is always a great place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat! We got the sticky toffee pudding, Tongue Depressor, Biscoff sundae, and red velvet cheesecake. The portion sizes are generous and tasty. Our server, Gabe, was attentive and kind. I would definitely come back again!

Went to this location Saturday night and had the BEST experience!! Abren was so attentive and kind! Gave some really good recommendations as the menu looked very overwhelming with all the options and the food was delicious!!! Would highly recommend this location and make sure to ask for Abren!!
