My husband and I had our wedding at EVO Kitchen, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue! Taryn and all the staff we incredibly helpful with setup, tear down on the day of, as well as community throughout the planning process. The food was absolutely to die for (definitely recommend the bacon wrapped dates). I would absolutely recommend EVO as a beautiful place to get married.
We have only gone here for the event nights upstairs and it is def a great time I want to give them 5 stars all around but to be completely honest the food here isn't that great, I've literally tried almost everything on the menu and nothing is scrumptious or has me craving more and wanting to come back. We return week after week month after month for the event nights because the atmosphere and host are amazing, but its definitely not the food. I think they should consider a little menu revamp for the new year.
EVO Kitchen delivers. The food is consistently well executed, the service stays sharp even on busy nights, and the atmosphere does what most places try and fail to do: it feels alive without feeling chaotic. Their trivia night is the standout. It’s tight, well-run, and actually competitive. No filler, no dragged-out rounds. It pulls the whole room into a rhythm that makes the night move fast and keeps the energy up. If you want a place where dinner doesn’t feel like a passive experience, this is it. Strong food, focused staff, and a trivia night that’s worth showing up for.
A nice night out! We made reservations after a friend recommended this place, and we’re really glad we did! Loved the atmosphere and overall vibe. We had the Apple Butter Flatbread — so good — and the Chili Lime Chicken Wrap, which was delicious. Service was friendly and personable. We’ll definitely be back and recommend checking it out!
Attended the New Year celebrations at EVO and had a fabulous time. Event space was elegantly decorated, servers were attentive and friendly and food was delicious and plentiful. Thanks for putting on a great party!
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at EVO Kitchen on May 24th 2025 and it was a perfect experience from beginning to end. We did not have a wedding planner, or any idea what we were doing, but we started our planning journey with EVO based on a recommendation and from there everything fell into place. Taryn who runs events at EVO went above and beyond at every step, so helpful and kind. I really cannot speak highly enough of her support throughout this process as well as all other staff members we interacted with before and during our wedding day. Especially the serving and bar staff were exceedingly sweet on the day. We can't wait to go back for other events and we hope one day to get to attend a wedding here as a guest. About a year before the wedding we attended EVO's "Wedding Open House" event where we met our photographer and officiant - there is a great network of wedding vendors in this community many of whom were involved in each others weddings and it makes you feel like you are in great hands (which we were!). They have many different options for how you want to set up your day, we decided to have our guests sit in their dinner seats for the ceremony so that we would not have to move things around before dinner - though that was a definite option for those who prefer a more traditional set up. We chose the buffet-style dinner which was a big hit - however the appetizers that were brought around were so delicious and filling that a few of our guests actually had thought that was dinner! So no shortage of great food... We also had the bar open throughout (from a pre-ceremony cocktail hour through dinner and dessert) and actually wrapped up the reception at 9pm even though we could have stayed until 1am (we chose to host a more casual after-party for guests who enjoy a late night). We really appreciate their patience and assistance with our slightly-non-traditional wedding and the venue itself is exactly our style. As well being able to take pictures around this beautiful area in Cambridge was a huge perk!
I've been to Evo so many times for their trivia nights with friends and decided to stop in to have a quiet lunch by myself. It was honestly just what I needed at 2pm on a Friday. I had a craving for their chicken Waldorf wrap. I have had most of everything on the menu, and all the food is good. The fries are consistently good and temperature hot which I appreciate. I love restaurants that welcome people who want to eat alone. It's a comforting, occasional need to just sit and enjoy lunch without having to drive through somewhere. Serving staff is always welcoming at this location. They are attentive and care for each patron.
