Very social experience! Inside is a food bar thing where you cab get limited items (but they might vary per day) but when we were there, there was also a woman selling tea, one selling vegetables (she is a farmer), liquor from a man with a vineyard and we got some free homegrown and made potato chips from another farmer. Great place, nice music, even better atmosphere.

After visiting the castle, I was feeling hungry and found this little restaurant. I could not be happier about my choice of going there. It was fantastic. It's a little restaurant, with a very nice ambiente. The music is chill and there is beautiful art on the walls. The food was so tasty too! I dont want to leave Japan. I dont know how I ever will be able to get back to european food anytime soon. D': The staff was super friendly and helpful too! Thanks for having me!

Great colourful salads with optional tasty toppings. Delicious curry & rice bowls with a relaxed upstairs space to ‘hang’ out. Strange and not very tasty Ice cream flavours, but cake was good.

Love their salad, so colorful and yummy. A good collection of vegetables. Root veggies are soft boiled so they are gentle on the teeth. Stylish space, good for conversation. This place offers a good break from Japanese food

Wonderful cosmopolitan restaurant serving an eclectic menu of curries, tacos, and gumbo. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free dishes are available. Menus have English and Japanese text. Cheerful, friendly staff in a warm and cozy shop. Try the chai! You won’t be disappointed.

Vegan plant-based options here are burrito to sift taco with beans and salad and sorbet dessert Staff very friendly, 2f of seats spaced out, even hammock seats and lounger or 1 table out front. Very clean and lots of colorful, funky art + cheerful bgm

Greens baby is a little gem of a restaurant close to the castle in Matsue City. They try their best to be unique and to also offer foreign dishes as well as healthy meals. I frequent this restaurant for two things: burritos and tacos (everyone who lives here knows that finding Mexican food in this area is close to impossible). Honestly, the taste isn't perfect. When I first tasted their burritos I said to myself, "these things are too healthy! Not enough 'unhealthiness! They're not real burritos!", But the taste had grown on me since then. The atmosphere is really nice. I've never been here during rush hour, so I don't know how packed it gets. Parking is out of the way, and asking the main street. But it's not too far as to be inconvenient. Plus, it's free. The restroom is clean, but the ceiling is a little low. Prices are reasonable and the size is good. Maybe I've been in Japan too long, but the burritos filled me up well enough so that I feel good and no longer hungry (but not American sized full, of course). They also take credit card so another plus.
