Mineral 1886

Great experience! Had eggs Benedict and was wonderful. Our server was Reeanna and she was a fun person and excellent service. We will come again!

Everything about coming here is so incredibly amazing! I love the staff and I don’t even know if I could pick the favorite thing that I’ve eaten here. Steak and ravioli is an amazing yummy combo, The kale salad with salmon on top is incredible, The crispy Chicken sandwich is so good! Last night I had to have chicken with the brussels sprouts. The chicken is so big that it will feed you for days! And you must try the brussels sprouts!

The food for price was amazing especially since the food tasted amazing! The place was packed when I arrived so we had to sit at the bar area. I can't accurately rate the service due to this but we did eventually get someone to wait the table we were at which I was thankful for.

Lovely experience! They were able to get us in without a reservation in <30 minutes on a very busy Valentines Day! Enjoy a drink while waiting in their beautiful historic lounge. The food was delicious, prices fair, and service from our waitress was excellent. Highly recommend !

We had breakfast at Mineral 1886 this morning, and we had a pretty good experience. The updated interior of the restaurant and hotel surprised us as we walked in. We really like the way the interior is designed, modern but with that historic charm. We waited in the rather cozy hotel lobby for about 10 or 15 minutes before a table was ready for us. We ordered drinks (coffee + donut and a soda), and they came out fairly quickly. Our server took our food order shortly after. The food did take pretty long, however. We waited probably 30 or so minutes for our food to come out. Once it did arrive, we did enjoy our meal. Even though the green chili was very watery (smothering one of the two), the "Leadville 100" skillets were tasty. We overall had a good experience, and most of the staff we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. We will consider Mineral 1886 on our next visit again.

Eggs Benedict were so good, Chicken Sandwich was hot and tender. The English muffins are 10/10. My only critique hash browns. Next time, I'll ask for them a tad bit crispier. Still, five stars for a breakfast that almost made me a morning person!

The Miner 100 is like a choose your own skillet. Really good hash browns with whatever you choose for toppings. Coffee served in small clear glasses. I was surprised with the Tumeric Sunset drink. The Bloody Mary was well made, not too spicy.

The Eggs Benedict is absolutely delicious. Although there was bacon instead of traditional Canadian bacon, it was an absolute delight. As you can see from the video the eggs were cooked perfectly. Amazing service, quiet atmosphere.
