I honestly had the best bacon cheeseburger ever!! It was so good and the people their were very friendly. I'll be making this my go to for burgers !!
One of the most underrated bars in Dubuque. They serve food late and the chef (kixs) has some great skills. Seats are comfortable and the air smells fresh. They also put seats outside for the smokers enjoyment. I met the owners and they have the nicest attitude unlike most stuckup bar owners in this town. 10 Stars if I could.
A good place to stop and have a cold one. Friendly local place to relax enjoy some Pool , dart's or bar games. They serve food made fresh by the owner. Family owned.
The food and prices were good, and the service was friendly. There isn't space for an out of town couple (definitely not a family) to really feel comfortable. Seating is limited. Noonan's is a tight space with a tight knit group of patrons singing along with the jukebox. I could see this as a fun stop on a night in downtown Dubuque if you're interested in being really really close with local frequenters.
Place is clean very friendly. Home away from atmosphere. Would recommend if looking for a good time. Good food and prices on drinks both very reasonable.
I only come in once in a while, and they still remember what kind of beer I drink! A beer and a hamburger, make for a pretty good start. Excellent and knowledgeable bartenders, finish the rest of that picture, to give it that neighborhood pub feeling!
The bartender makes a delicious mushroom and Swiss burger. Everyone was super friendly. I will be coming back.
Great food and even greater price. We had a blast visiting with the regulars and the drinks were perfect. We highly recommend this hidden gem. I took my girl friend Julie R. and she was very impressed with the service and made to feel like the most important person in the place. Thanks
