I have ordered everything on this menu- yes I’ve been here a lot. It’s THAT good.! 1/3 of Raji’s restaurants and definitely one you have to try! Staff is always friendly and fun! Food is amazing. I expect greatness when I walk into his establishments- and I’m always met with that. My husband, makes the best steaks- so it’s hard for me to order steak anywhere else, BUT! I’ve had the same steak here, 3 separate occasions, months apart. And every time, it’s cooked to perfection. As if they use a thermometer to get it to that perfect temp! I like medium rare, hubby likes medium well, and every time we get it- it’s cooked perfectly. And there’s a difference between mine and my husbands.! Clear difference in the meat as well. They do such a good job!!

Took my friend here for her birthday dinner on Valentine's Day (yep, that's her bday). We were greeted with smiles and taken to our seats in the front area close to the fireplace. They have a full bar with seating. Happy Hour. Funny catchy names for specialty drinks. We went during happy hour and wasn't all that busy in the eating areas. The bar was a different story lol. They offer a decent menu with shareable plates that have happy hour prices that's what we ordered. I mean why order 2 meals when you can order a few different ones and try different meals. Perfect! We ordered the Italian Burrata Salad, lamb burgers (no bun), sweet potato fries and bowl of pasta. The salad, burgers and fries were delish. Oh my the salad was made with fresh tomatoes and a big ol' ball of burrata, definite must try. Fries were packed with flavor. Burgers were the perfect bite size little things just enough to give us a good ol' taste. Bowl of pasta was a bit bland, lacked flavor. Service was spot on, friendly and fast.

I’m on a mission to find the best food from Spokane to CDA. After many failed attempts I went to this place with some business clients. The place is nice business casual atmosphere. The service we got was great and our server was presentable and attentive. I had a starter Cesar salad which had a perfect ratio of dressing to salad mixture. For my entree I had the lamb chops. They were seasoned perfectly and cooked to a perfect medium rare as requested. They were hands down the best lamb chops I’ve ever had across all cultures and all restaurants I’ve ever had. I will for sure be back

I just love the Pentagon. It’s so nice to have something a little different but guaranteed delicious locally. And the cocktails are *chef’s kiss*.

Sierra was our waitress and she was friendly, professional, attentive to all of our needs. The Pentagon has happy hours with ‘Shareable’ appetizers which were plentiful AND delicious! The martini menu offers clever options laced with hilarious descriptions of past political figures. We’ll be back! Thank you, Sierra.

The food was good, our steak was cooked to our expectations. We told our server we didn't want salad but it was served. We ordered drinks that took over 10 minutes to be served. When ordering our steak, we were not asked how we wanted it to be cooked. The cocktails were good and priced reasonably. Definitely not 5 stars.

Last night my friend and I had the opportunity to try the Pentagon Bistro & Martini in Liberty Lake. I would definitely recommend calling ahead and making a reservation. The place was very busy for a Wednesday evening at 6 PM. The wait wasn’t too bad though. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a table. We both ordered appetizers. Their Brussel Sprouts and their Button Mushrooms. The Brussel Sprouts were roasted and then coated in a sticky-sweet teriyaki-like sauce. The menu described the sauce as “spicy yet savory.” The sauce was definitely more sweet than spicy or savory. The mushrooms were okay. You definitely get a lot of them. They are all small mushrooms, which is nice. Between the appetizers and the entrees, we were bought out a very underwhelming presentation of bread. The bread was in a basket, set atop a single packet of butter. Yes, a packet of butter! Our entrees each included a Caesar salad. I liked it, the dressing wasn’t a creamy dressing , more oil based. It was also covered in a lot of shaved Parmesan. I liked that aspect but my friend isn’t a huge fan of Parmesan, so it wasn’t her favorite. For entrees, my friend went with her favorite, Chilean Sea Bass. It was served with thin asparagus spears (which she and I both prefer) and potato croquettes, which tasted a lot like a loaded baked potato in small pancake shapes. As for the Sea Bass, she said she liked the way it was grilled and the seasoning on the outside was good. The actual fish was a little mushy. This is her go-to at a lot of places, so I trust her opinion on the fish. As for me, I tried something I have never had anywhere so have nothing for comparison. I ordered the Cioppino. I have to say that it was outstanding! The broth had a delicious and robust tomato and basil flavor. It was loaded with lots of fish and served with a couple pieces of bread. I don’t eat a lot of bread, but if I did, I think they could really improve on that aspect. Their martinis are reasonably priced ($11 or $9 during happy hour), with several options. I had their Dirty Monica, which was a dirty vodka martini. If we go back, it’ll be for happy hour to try more of their shareable items or one of their salads.

Update for 10/2025 Friendly service for lunch. Great atmosphere, delicious bread, great rice. Both of us loved our food. The brie appetizer was amazing. Great service. Good food. I had to send an order back as my chicken fettuccine tasted like seafood. I thought it was me but the two other people dining with me said theirs tasted like seafood as well. Not sure what would cause it but it was a bit disappointing. I bagged it and took it home for my husband, he also said it tasted fishy. They still charged me for the meal so that was weird. My appetizers were great and add on salad was delicious. Nice atmosphere.
