This was a wonderful experience we couldn't be happier from start to finish everything was hot when served which is a big deal for us personally also seasoned well .They have a great wine selection and our waiter Jorge ,was so on target with helping us select a wine for dinner ...also they were so on time with keeping our water glasses full never has to ask ..very clean and wonderful staff . This was our first visit but won't be our last !!

Petterino’s understood the assignment. The service was so good it felt like the staff had a sixth sense for empty glasses and indecisive menu staring Friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed without hovering, which is a rare art. The whole experience felt smooth and effortless, like an Italian dinner montage in a movie where everything just works. If great service were a sport, this team would be going home with a trophy. Came hungry, left happy, and absolutely would return. Bravo.

Great restaurant and great food. Because it was so cold outside ever single table inside was taken so we were very snug in the restaurant. We had about a 30 minute wait for our table but in the meantime we got drinks (mocktails)at the bar. We were served quickly at the bar, thankfully. When we were finally seated we waited a pretty long time to be acknowledged by our waiter but I attribute it to the fact that the restaurant was so full. When he took our order the food came out pretty quickly after that (about 40/45 minutes or so) and it was delicious. My friend added a bit more seasoning to her pasta, but I thought it was fine as it was.

We enjoyed our meal here before a theater show. The chopped salad was delicious. My son liked the gnocchi. My other son had the pepperoni pizza and would have like more spice. I ordered the special butternut squash risotto. It was good, but I would have liked more spice or flavor. The tiramisu was excellent. Great atmosphere.

It was a great dinner for the four of us, started with martinis, two of us selected menu items, two us of from the Restaurant Week selections. The steak offered thru restaurant week was a bit tough, but all the other items were wonderful. Cooked as we asked for, service was timed perfectly as we were attending theatre after dinner. Server, Tylor was helpful and did a great job.

LOVE this theater eatery!! We had the Short Rib Parpadelle dish and I am still salivating over it a week later!! We also thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Parmigiana, the Gnocchi, the Grey Goose Martini, and the Petterino's 75! I miss (and will never forget) the past homemade Chocolate Pudding & Peppermint Hot Fudge Sundae!! Those were the ultimate palate pleaser!!! They do have great desserts here. But we chose the perfect hot apple strudel at the ChristKindle Mart next door. It was also AMAZING!!

We went after an Opera Matinée during the week, so we got there around 4:30 pm when it was quiet. The wait staff was attentive. The chicken Alfredo was a small portion but delicious. I also enjoyed the Italian Margaritas and Tiramisu. Lovely atmosphere for conversation with the framed caricatures of famous people, who have eaten there. It started getting busy at about 5:30pm. I We had a lovely time and enjoyed the food, beverages and dessert.

We went for restaurant week lunch and everything was spectacular. The nice thing about restaurant week is that the portions are a bit smaller so you can enjoy each course. The shrimp starter was delicious. Just the right amount of spice and the toast was perfect to sop up the tasty broth. The hangar steak was tender and cooked just right. I could have slurped the pot of gravy. And for dessert, my favorite, Tiramisu. Probably one of the top three I've ever had, including the one in San Francisco's Italian Village and the one in Boston's North End. I seriously considered licking my plate.
