Sizzler

I love coming here especially to the Ontario location . The staff here is so friendly and kind. The food is always hot n fresh. I usually get Freddie as my server he’s nice friendly always checks up on me in a timely manner to make sure everything is good and always comes with refills. My last visit I ordered the steak & all you can eat shrimp . Freddie came right on time when I had a few shrimps left then I cut in to my steak I ordered medium and he noticed right away it was rare and corrected it for me, thanks Freddie. I always watch him with other guests and he’s so attentive and his interactions with everyone is so welcoming. Again, thanks Freddie for making my time here enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at Sizzler Ontario thanks to our server Freddie! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. He checked on us regularly, kept our drinks full, and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about great customer service and making guests feel welcome. It’s rare to find service this good these days, and Freddie definitely went above and beyond. If you come to Sizzler, I highly recommend asking for him. We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the steak and lobster with baked potato on a Friday night. The food arrived about 10 minutes after I sat down. The steak was cooked medium well and delicious, as was the lobster. The baked potato was average. Freddie my server was very attentive and kept and was very friendly. I will definitely come back soon.

We started driving 40 minutes to this Sizzler location specifically. The one closer to us close down for good and we heard that our favorite waiter Freddie was now at the Ontario location. This one is even nicer than any other we’ve been to. Nice and clean and spacious, friendly staff, well stocked salad bar, and quick service, food exactly as we order it. And with our favorite server, Freddie, it feels like home with friends and family. He’s always very attentive and keeps our beverages refilled, and shows all his customers great Hospitality!

We went to Sizzler to celebrate my brother-in-law’s 22nd birthday and had a really great experience. There were 11 of us, so it wasn’t a small group, but everything went super smooth. Freddie was our waiter and he honestly did an awesome job. He kept up with all of us, made sure drinks were refilled, orders were right, and was just really friendly the whole time. You could tell he cared about doing a good job. The food was good, service was on point, and the whole night turned out really nice. Definitely appreciate the way they handled a big group like ours.
