Anybody hating on this restaurant never ate some good Caribbean food. Been eating Carlos since they used to be in the Perrine location, still one of the best local spots to go to for a good size plate
Food is always great, I have never had a bad experience here or at the other location. 10 out of 10!
Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. I purchased the conch and shrimp platter. Everything was absolutely delicious. The conch fritters was seasoned so well . Family owned establishment great customer service as well. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Carlos .
Carlos has really good seafood my wife loves there shrimp, conch, and fries platter. Food is always fresh and hot made to order. 10-15 mins wait time. Not a place to dine in only for takeout.
It's always good. I always call my order in when I come down. Polite and friendly on the phone and in person seems to always remember me and my wife. The food is always fresh and good one of my go-to when I come back home. I recommend conch shrimp and fries.
Love this place. Tiny but the food tastes amazing. My daughter loves the fried fish.
Quick and friendly service, I've ordered here for the past 2 years and it has never once disappointed. I've had their wings, tenders, conch, shrimp, and every time it HITS!
