Really fresh seafood tostadas and one of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. It’s quite charming and in a very peaceful part of town! Highly recommend the tuna tostadas and fish tacos.
We came here for a full family dinner and ended up trying almost everything on the menu — as much as we humanly could. The standout for me was their specialty shrimp & peanut butter taco; sounds unusual, tastes incredible. Everything felt fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully made. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and it’s one of those places where you can settle in, enjoy good food, and just have a great evening.
I’ve been to Marlindo in Roma Norte three times and always return because it never disappoints. On my latest visit I ordered the Caldo de Camarón, which was warm and flavorful with shrimp, potato, and carrot in a light broth. The Aros de Calamar Fritos were perfectly crispy and tender. For something fresher I had the Tostada de Camarón—a ceviche-style shrimp tostada with a jalapeño kick that felt bright and satisfying. We paired everything with a Clamato preparado, which complemented the seafood beautifully. The atmosphere is relaxed and feels like a beachside escape, especially on sunny days. The staff are warm and attentive, making each visit feel comfortable and genuine. Everything tasted fresh, servings were generous, and the prices felt fair. Marlindo consistently delivers a combination of flavor, vibe and hospitality that keeps me coming back.
Highly recommend! Staff were very friendly and easily got us a table, we had the octopus burrito and the shrimp burrito and both were incredible.
We were on our way to another restaurant when we walked past Marlindo. The place was packed with locals and the food smelled great. We quickly pivoted and got a table outside. We had the ceviche, tuna, garlic shrimp, and fried fish burrito. The first two items were average but the garlic shrimp and fish burrito were the best I’ve had. In fact, the garlic shrimp was better than any dish we had at Contramar.
This place was so good! Everything was tasty and full of flavor. We came on on a wed night, not super busy but we sat outside and enjoyed the ambience. My Mescalita Jamaica cocktail was delicious. The Tuna ceviche was top notch! Pulled pork tacos were incredible. Everything was served with a selection of 5 salsas to enjoy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I love the chicharrón with shrimp Their shrimp soup has no shrimp at all. It’s only potatoes. Nice ambiance Clean bathroom
