Was there for a birthday party and the tapas were great! Staff was really nice but we felt alittle rushed at closing. Definitely a place i'd go to again. Parking was easy also which was a plus. Fyi the fish sticks grouper skewers really good.

Service and ambiance is great. If I have to comment, is if the waiters can ask before removing a plate. Besides that, everyone was attentive because our glass is always full and they check in how things are going. As for the food, the highlight of the night were the mixta paella. The seafood and protein had the perfect chew and the flavor profile of the rice was perfect. Lastly, except for the salmon, the tapas felt like it was sitting for a while so it was not as hot. Nevertheless, this place is worth a visit!

My husband and I stopped in for happy hour and had a fantastic experience sitting at the bar. Compliments to both the chef and the bartender! The cocktails were beautifully presented in elegant stemware—refreshing, well-balanced, and strong. My apple sangria was a perfect Fall cocktail. Made with homemade apple cider, brandy, wine and other ingredients. The bar itself is a generous size, with plenty of room for a good number of people to enjoy happy hour. Since happy hour is offered at the bar only and there are no high-tops in that area, you do need an actual bar seat to order the happy hour drinks and appetizers. The happy hour menu offers more than several appetizers. We tried the empanadas, croquettes, and chicken skewers. The chicken skewers were unbelievably tender—honestly some of the best pieces of chicken I’ve ever had. Whatever marinade they use is magic. They’re served on wooden skewers with zucchini, onions, and peppers and were absolutely mouthwatering. The empanadas (shrimp, chorizo, and beef) were flaky and packed with flavor, paired with a smoky chipotle-style aioli. The croquettes had a great texture and came with a creamy mayo sauce. Each appetizer was $10, and the portions were generous enough for both of us with leftovers to take home. The restaurant has a cozy, dimly lit vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxed evening out. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to come back for another round of drinks and tapas—and next time, to try the paella for dinner!

From start to finish, the entire experience felt like a trip to southern Spain. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with authentic decor and music that perfectly match the tapas experience. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, from the Almejas Albino (clams with beans and smoked chorizo) to the crispy manchego with romesco sauce, branzino tidbits, Angus beef bolas, and the paella de carne that was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were excellent too, especially the spicy Matador and their homemade cherry port wine mix. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can taste the authenticity and love in every bite. If you’re looking for true Spanish tapas in Westchester, Bulería Tapas & Wine Bar is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at Bulería! Willy, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic—he gave great recommendations and provided excellent, friendly service. The food was super delicious; we tried the mixed paella and it was hands down the best we’ve had so far. The drinks are unique, creative, and incredibly tasty. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a delicious meal and great time at Buleria. Went with two friends to catch up. We had a sangria pitcher (sparkling, it was good, nothing especially tbh). The star of the night was the Queso Batido. So creamy and tangy and delicious; don’t leave this place without trying it. Patatas bravas, croquetas and chorizo all delicious tapas. I’d come back. We had 6 tapas and the sangria pitcher and spent around $50 pp, not bad. Saturday night parking was easy

I’ve never been a fan of figs, but Buleria completely changed my mind. Their fig dish was a carefully curated explosion of flavor—I’m officially a fig believer now! Cocktails are crafted with care (my dirty martini was perfection, served with 3 olives just the way I like it). Dessert was just as impressive, with warm churros dipped in rich hot chocolate and a homemade flan that was silky and sweet. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing, service is fantastic, and the entire experience pairs beautifully—like a great glass of wine—with the energy of the restaurant. Truly transports you to a world of flavor you don’t want to miss. Highly recommend coming out to Tuckahoe's best kept secret to experience Buleria for yourself!
