Great place. Was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was for a sushi shop north east ohio it was comparable to the places baxk in vegas but with better service. I loved the unique chardon roll and other ohio base roll vs the common vegas roll everyone has. Cant wait to try them again
This is the best sushi you can find in Geauga county. I’ve been going here for years and the quality is very consistent. I went recently on a Saturday night. The service was kind of slow, but not terrible. My second cup of water that came out tasted terrible. I told the server, and she apologized and said something about how they get their water out of the lemonade machine or something. She proceeded to bring me back a better tasting glass. Kind of weird, but I’m not picky. In summary, great food overall, and a good atmosphere, especially for Geauga county. I will be coming back, as I have been for years.
Hayashi Mayple has been a favorite restaurant of our family for many years. The food is fantastic every time! The meat is perfectly cooked to order and is very high quality. The vegetables are fresh and the fried rice is delicious and not too greasy. My pictures are the Hibachi Chicken and the Hibachi Steak dinners. Try it-- you will like it!!
It’s somewhat of a holiday tradition now for the fam to come here for Christmas Eve dinner. Always wonderful service and great food. Extremely reasonable, I think, for what you get. There’s a cute bar and the atmosphere is serene and comfy!
Amazing restaurant for cooked and sushi food. Clean and friendly. Fully enjoyed the experience. When in Chardon, check it out. The best high quality meal authentic Japanese food. Starting 14 dollars to 23 dollars with miso and onion soup, salad with special ginger dressing, fried or steamed rice.
Delicious sushi, served in an understated diner type restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive. Priced typically for sushi. Great variety of specialty sushi rolls. The calamari appetizer was delicious but a bit too small a portion to share.
We’re sorry for coming in so late! The food is great and the service was wonderful despite coming in so close to closing. This made for the perfect date night.
Nice place for dinner. Fun to watch the chef make sushi rolls. Very clean. Staff all friendly. Had the miso soup which had a good flavor and was delicious. Had the gyoza. They were very good and the dipping sauce was so tasty. Will definitely be back.
