Kurai Sushi & Chinese Buffet

All the food is great! I love their sushi and chicken wings!!! This place is my favorite for both dine in and Togo!

They have good food. The service is subpar, but the food is good. First time I’ve had sushi and I didn’t get sick. I was very happy about that! I’ve heard of people getting sick from sushi at other places. But it was very good here. It was really pricey, and for that reason, we probably won’t be back. But it was a good once in a lifetime experience.

When to Kurai Nov. 10th at about 6:30 pm and it was not really busy. Our server was very attentive and helpful, the food was plentiful and seating was very available. The only thing that I had to take was drinking their drink selections and although they do have a number of selections, I dislike with having to drink Pepsi as mainly done in most Asian restaurants but not even all pepsi products were available. Overall I enjoyed the amount of food available and the attention provided by the server.

I absolutely loved going there. Our server, Marco, was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. More servers like him. The sushi, especially the avocado one, and its sauces were awesome. I would definitely go back.

ll you can eat for under $20 it's such a great deal and that's including one soft drink and believe me, food is so great that your drink is going to be the last thing you'll consume. Place is very nice, saw family's there too, food is superb it's one of the best places you'll find in McAllen. It's a no brain if you live in McAllen or just visiting by to go there and have such a wonderful time. I can't wait to return there. The only thing I must admit is that I didn't go to the bathroom so I have no idea of how clean they keep them or the amenities you could find in there but I assure you that if you're looking for a place to have a wonderful meal and spend time with friends or loved ones this is the right spot for you.

Food is super delicious ,hot, and fresh. Waitstaff is very unfriendly, you wait awhile before someone comes to the front entrance. Workers in the front are always on the phone or chatting away. Servers are ok, some don't come back to check for refills. But the food is delicious! Great price, great quality. Staff needs retraining, phones should never be out unless on a break. Other than that, we've never been disappointed with the food.

This is my 3rd time going to Kurai and honestly I love it. The price on the food is reasonable for what your getting and the variety of sushi they have is amazing. For the noodles and chicken there wasn't much options but they specialize in sushi I'm guessing. The service wasn't bad but lots of tables for just 1 waiter. Expect to waste around 40 dollars for two people including drinks not tip
