Only there Monday-Friday around 11:30am-1:00/1:30pm but very good food It is on 8th street east by jacobs culinary kitchen though
We had a delicious experience but more than anything we had an incredible human experience. We ordered and didn't realize that they did not take card, only cash. I quickly told the owner that I needed and ATM near by. He without even a second of thought said: "Don't worry, whenever you come back you'll pay me". I shared that I wasn't from there so that was not an option. He said: " no worries, one day, somehow you'll be able to pay me, please enjoy your food". He said they were leaving soon and refused to tells us if there was an ATM nearby and just get kindly smiling and telling us to enjoy. My wife and I felt so touched that we wanted to do literally cry. I got in the car, googled an ATM and drove as quickly as I could to get some cash to pay for our food and extra as a generous tip for what they did. I was trying to hurry since they were wrapping up for the day. At the end, we caught them on time and gave them immediate karma for their big heart. The food was absolutely delicious but there's no other place I rather put my money than those who care about humanity, kindness, and spreading love. You all made my day!!!

Every time I go to Santa Rosa I pass by the El Gitano Taco Truck, and every time I pass them by, I tell myself...Next time I'm stopping! Well, today I stopped and got 4 plain tacos de cabeza without any condiments so I could taste the meat for itself. They were Amazing! 5 stars all day long
