This is one of my new favorite restaurants the BBQ was delicious and the rolls were tasty and are perfectly portioned to accompany all you can eat BBQ. I really enjoyed the variety of sauces, sides and toppings at the cold bar and really made all the difference in trying new flavor combos. I haven't tried the hot pot yet since I ate my weight in everything else during my 2 visits in one week, but I'm looking forward to trying it when the weather cools down. Thank you!
Great food, great service and good music. For $35 you get the B course which comes with quite a lot, including up to 9 pieces of grilled meat, unlimited Shabu meat and a special sushi roll. Will definitely be coming back.
Had the gyoza, cheese curds, Chef special taco, lemon salmon roll, Shabu Shabu in Tonkatsu soup with udon, vegetables and gyoza. The cheese curds and lemon salmon roll were very good. The meat you can grill or cook in soup. Monday-Thursday you can do course A, B & C (Wagyu). Friday-Sunday B & C (Wagyu) only. All you can eat off that group’s menu. It was very busy in there. Good for big groups.
MURA Japanese BBQ & Shabu: The Ultimate All-You-Can-Eat Destination in Henderson MURA Japanese BBQ & Shabu, located conveniently on Eastern Avenue in Henderson, isn't just a restaurant—it's a comprehensive, interactive dining experience that successfully combines three popular Asian concepts under one roof: Japanese BBQ, Shabu Shabu (hot pot), and unlimited sushi. For those looking for maximum variety and high quality in an All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) format, MURA is a must-try. The Food: Quality Meats and Triple-Threat Variety The core appeal of MURA is the sheer variety and quality available across its AYCE tiers. Instead of forcing you to choose one style, you get both the smokeless grill for traditional Japanese/Korean BBQ and a hot pot station for Shabu Shabu at your table. The meat quality is consistently praised. Even the entry-level combos offer delicious staples like tender brisket, miso jowl, and marinated garlic beef belly. For a premium experience, upgrading to the higher tiers unlocks truly melt-in-your-mouth selections, including cuts of Wagyu that elevate the barbecue game significantly. Beyond the cook-it-yourself meats, the menu features a deep selection of appetizers, fresh sushi, and specialty rolls, ensuring that every craving is covered. The ingredients across the board feel fresh and flavorful, a critical factor for any AYCE establishment. Atmosphere, Service, and Amenities MURA delivers a modern, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere. The decor is sleek, the lighting is stylish, and it’s well-suited for everything from a casual date night to a large family gathering. Service is frequently highlighted as a major strength. Staff members are often noted for being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable—quick to replenish orders, explain the different AYCE courses, and manage the busy tabletop cooking environment. One unique feature that sets MURA apart is its self-serve food bar. This isn't just a simple salad bar; it often includes a great selection of fresh sides, sauces, and, most notably, fun desserts like a snow cone maker and macarons, adding an interactive element that kids (and adults!) love. The location is also part of a larger complex, making it a great destination for a night out, as it's adjacent to an indoor golf facility and a Japanese grocery store. Final Verdict MURA Japanese BBQ & Shabu is a fantastic addition to the Henderson dining scene. The ability to switch between high-quality BBQ and comforting hot pot, all while enjoying unlimited fresh sushi and sides, provides excellent value for the price. If you are a fan of Korean BBQ, Japanese hot pot, or AYCE in general, MURA offers a polished, high-energy environment with great food and typically top-notch service. Just be mindful of their strict AYCE policies if anyone in your group has significant dietary restrictions and plans to only order à la carte. Recommendation: Highly Recommended. Come hungry and plan to spend some time exploring all three menu concepts!
Thanks to Saint and David, we had an outstanding dining experience at Mura Korean BBQ in Henderson. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. The service was attentive and thoughtful—our servers were knowledgeable, quick to assist, and ensured everything was just right throughout the meal. The food was equally impressive. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of the meats was top-tier, and each cut was well-marbled and perfectly seasoned. The side dishes were plentiful and delicious, offering a great balance of textures and tastes. Whether it was the rich, savory bulgogi, the tender brisket, each bite delivered the bold, authentic flavors you hope for in Korean BBQ. What truly set Mura apart was the seamless service paired with consistently great food—making it not just a meal, but a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I had an amazing dining experience with japanese bbq and hotpot! The bbq was absolutely delicious succulent cuts of meat grilled to perfection, flavorful, and tender. The variety of dipping sauces complemented the grilled meat beautifully, making each bite a delight. The hotpot was equally fantastic, featuring a rich, savory broth loaded with fresh vegetables, thinly sliced meats, and tasty seafood. The combination of grilling and hotpot offered a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal place to enjoy a hearty and satisfying meal with friends or family. Highly recommend for anyone who loves flavorful, interactive dining. We’ll be back for sure!! (:
Enjoy showing off your cooking skills with perfectly marbled steaks, crispy pork gyoza dipped in bubbling broth, and fresh veggies swirling in kombu shabu-shabu. Then hit the sauce and seasoning bar—your DIY flavor playground.
I visited Vegas with a group of three families. While Vegas is famous for its buffets, we decided to look for a local gem instead. We originally found a famous spot online with a 2-hour wait, but we managed to find another place nearby with a similar menu—Mura. It was only a 10-minute drive away, and luckily, we didn't have to wait at all. Even though the restaurant was lively and full, there were enough tables to accommodate our large group comfortably. Choosing this as our 'Plan B' turned out to be a fantastic decision! The food quality was excellent. They offer all-you-can-eat Shabu-shabu, BBQ, and sushi rolls. There were three price tiers, and we went with the middle option, which was more than enough to satisfy everyone. If you’re looking for a great alternative to the usual Vegas buffets, I highly recommend Mura.
