The service was excellent, and atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. Our server was timely and super friendly, and the owner is a super nice guy (and the main reason I wanted to go there,because I know his great reputationfor great restaurant experience). I went specifically for the French dip sandwich, and it was very good. I also ordered onion petals, which honeslty , tasted good but were mushy somehow. Husband ordered filet and shrimp, with mash potatoes and Mac n cheese. He said his steak needed more flavor. I will add that he also always orders his steaks well well done and I tell him the flavor gets cooked out of it that way. I was very pleased iber all with our meal and experience and definitely will go back

The food was awesome, no complaints at all and our waitress Olivia was awesome, very friendly and helpful and always there checking if we needing anything. Great evening!

Charming atmosphere. Got the French dip sub with tater tots and fried mushrooms with horseradish sauce. Delicious, large servings, took home half the sandwich. Bread was perfect for dipping in au jus.

Small town restaurant with great atmosphere, service, and amazing food. While it's not on the main drag it's worth eating. I used to travel a lot for work and this place was always a favorite when going through Athens, let's say I'm still impressed. The family and I were in Athens for a middle school basketball game and I told my wife we needed to go to Jenkins for dinner. As soon as we walked in she said " This place looks so cool and I bet the food is good." Well let's just say I regained my foodie status because the wife and kids loved it. You have to try the chicken salad or the French Dip or the Ruben or okay it's all good. Believe me I could eat there everyday and the desert options are amazing also.

It is very refreshing to have a nice place to go have lunch in this beautiful fall setting with amazing music and unbelievable delicious food…service is five star. Our server Kam is amazing sweetheart. She did everything on point if you guys come here definitely request her… did I say amazing food cause it’s literally the best place to eat in Athens, Tennessee

Everything was really good! We had amazing service and even better food. We had the mozzarella sticks as well but they didn't last long enough to get a picture (and I forgot). My wife had the fried white fish with fries and okra. I had the chargrilled salmon with squash, zucchini and Mac and cheese. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. I'll definitely be back!

I came in with a group for lunch today and they were a bit busy. The food came pretty quickly uhm my coffee cup didn't get filled unless I asked for it. This place was pretty good

The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed what I ate, and the atmosphere was perfect. We have a family book club and we met there today for lunch and discussion. They put us in the little back room and were so accommodating with my wheelchair. Kim was absolutely outstanding.
