Moxies London Downtown Restaurant

Best nachos in the area! We tried chicken this time and loved it just as much as the beef. You can tell they make everything fresh and put a lot of effort into the presentation. We were there to celebrate my friend’s pregnancy and all of the female hosts we encountered were so kind, friendly and attentive! It was a wonderful welcome from these lovely ladies Unfortunately, our male server did not match that same energy and he could have cared less.

Went here last night for a dinner…it’s been awhile. Outstanding food prepared with care. Outstanding vibe/atmosphere - feels like NYC or Toronto inside. Great service. Manager walks around and ensures everyone is well taken care of and engages you. Highly recommend for a night out.

Came here for our anniversary and showed up almost a half hour late. We had called ahead twice and they were super okay with us being late and still had a table for us. We were now in a rush but we didn’t tell them. Even so we still got our drinks served within three minutes of ordering them and our food within 15. I think I literally went to the bathroom shortly after ordering and came back to our food at the table. Our server ( Joelle?) checked on us twice and even the manager swung by. Food (salmon dinner and chicken Alfredo) was probably the best meal I’ve ever bought in the Elgin-Middlesex area in my life. We were in and out in maybe 45 minutes from arriving and had received two drinks, two meals, three check ups and our bill in that entire time. It was a genuine shame we couldn’t have stayed to enjoy our time there a little longer. Props to the kitchen, Joelle (if I have her name right) and the manager of course for running such a tight ship.

​My recent visit to Moxies with my wife was an absolute delight, and it was the exceptional hospitality that truly made the evening unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth that set a positive tone for the entire meal. ​Our server, Hailey, was a amazing to us along with her trainee Lily. She guided us through the menu with ease, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. She was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs without being intrusive, and her seamless service ensured a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Lily seemed eager to learn, incredibly friendly, and already demonstrated a natural talent for customer service. It was clear that Hailey was a wonderful mentor, and the way she patiently guided Lily showed a commitment to excellence that is rare to find. ​The pinnacle of our experience was the interaction with the manager, Angus. He made excellent recommendations, comped our bill to assist with parking expenses and circulated the dining room with a genuine smile, taking the time to connect with guests. He stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our liking, and it was clear he took immense pride in his team and the restaurant. His leadership was evident in the seamless operation and the positive, team-oriented atmosphere. ​The food at Moxies was, as always, delicious. But what will bring us back again and again is the stellar team. The trio of Angus, Hailey, and Lily exemplified what truly excellent customer service is all about. They didn't just serve us a meal; they provided a truly memorable and welcoming experience for my wife's birthday. Huge thanks to them for a fantastic evening and if you haven't yet defiantly take the time to check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I’ve been feeling extremely under the weather and have asked for extra mashed potatoes! From looking at this portion size, I’m assuming I got a bigger portion than usual and if not, I’m still very thankful for the letter they provided me! Not most restaurants do this so I will for sure. Be coming back to eat in this place 100%. The service may be so small, but so big to me

We had great time dining at this restaurant. We walked in around noon and was greeted by their friendly staff. They even let us choose where to sit. We ordered the seafood calamari for starters and blackened mahi-mahi & beef steak for meal. The mahi mahi was perfectly cooked and flavorful, a must-try! Great customer service by Marwa! She was consistently proactive and attentive to our needs from the moment we entered and exited the restaurant.

Went there for lunch after a Sunday mass. We were greeted by a very nice staff, then she let us select our preferred table. Lots of food to choose from the menu. The food was served quickly. We like the taste of our food. The service is very attentive. The restaurant has a great ambiance. What I like most is the cool bottle decoration on the wall that was emphasized by the lighting.

Beautiful place with great ambiance. I was seated right away by I believe one of the managers who was extremely welcoming and personable. I chose to sit at the bar because of the cool bottle decorations on the wall, such a nice touch. Service was very attentive and efficient, and my food arrived promptly. I got the Grilled Chicken Zen Bowl and it was amazing, and surprisingly big. Definitely will be coming back soon!

First time there. Great food, solid drinks, very affordable. Seamless operation with all of the staff. They should be commended. Joelle was our server. Give this young lady a raise. She teased me about my supposed American accent, but we had a good laugh. Such a great time.

Overall food, service and atmosphere was amazing. Abby was very polite, respectful and had good professionalism

Calamari and drinks was juicy and on point for a solo evening Went again for a proper solo super and the steak was mouthwatering also had the shrimp &calamari again the tenderness of the foods were beyond words

Had a wonderful experience at Moxies downtown London before a concert. It was girls night out so we just did a bunch of appetizers. The food was excellent and the restaurant atmosphere is very nice. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Frendly and attentive staff. Thanks for making our night out memorable!

Good food, clean restaurant, friendly staff, lots of tables, good prices. Been a few times. Parking is easy. Nice stop in before a show at the London music hall.
