We visited Higher Grounds Café in Kensington and had such a great experience. Zo made our drinks and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we accidentally ordered our drinks wrong, he was quick, kind, and more than happy to fix it without any hesitation. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I got a 12 oz Wild Lavender ($5.75) to walk around Kensington. The actual drink itself was really good, had a strong lavender flavour. But actually getting the drink was a bit of a mess. My friend, brother and I made 3 separate orders for 3 iced drinks. After about 20 minutes, we realized people that had ordered way after us got their drinks. Some how all 3 of our orders were lost and they had to be made on the spot. Friendly staff and good vibes though. I definitely like the options they have.
Consistently a great spot for a coffe/tea. Meeting friends or a work meeting the atmosphere and menu selection never disappoints. Thanks for such a vibrant Cafe in our community
The London fog was good nothing exciting but yummy. I also had the rolo cafe which was good but pretty sweet and I couldn't finish even the 12oz I would say if you aren't a coffee drinker it's good but if you want to taste the coffee this might not be for you. The chocolate chip cookies are nice and chewy though they aren't crazy chocolatey for people who are looking for that.
Excellent coffee and the atmosphere is quite nice. It felt cozy with many people enjoying their drinks. Great spot to stop by if you're in the area.

Charlotte is the greatest of all time. Came to study late last night with some friends, and she was the most excellent barista, what an amazing personality she gives the establishment. As usual, everything else about the cafe is splendid. Just wanted to make a comment on the outstanding service. Looking forward to stopping by again soon! Thanks!
