I'm always looking for the most authentic food available, Hopsing's definitely did not disappoint, their hot and sour soup was fresh, chopped and piping hot! Flavors were authentic to growing up by China Town in my youth! The egg rolls had a cinnamon/ hot mustered flavor with a crisp outer Wong Tong shell, old school flavors in every bite, can't wait to try additional culinary dishes... Yummy,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
And to think that I had Panda Express last night. I've had so much more vegetables in this and mushrooms and that yummy corn the chicken is melting in your mouth. Seriously. The most tender steamed chicken I've ever had. not like the cold serving from Panda Express for some reason everything is cold there when I get it. This is so hot! I got steamed vegetables and they still poured this thick delicious broth on top of the whole thing. Where do you want to spend your next $11 you decide.
Hands down the BEST Chinese food in all of Fort Wayne! The food is so flavorful and well seasoned. Typically with other places I add a lot of soy sauce or other seasonings, but I don't have to do that with Hopsing's. Their crab rangoon is savory which is rare to find and so good!! The pricing is also amazing, my wife and I can usually get dinner here and have leftovers for at least one more meal on maybe $35 - $40 total. If you're looking for amazing flavor and even better prices, this is the place!! They are also available on Doordash if you can't make it here yourself!
One of the best Chinese/Japanese places in ft Wayne and very overlooked if you ask me. Absolutely delicious food and worthy portions for the cost. Drive thru only but don't let that fool you. I would say this food is on par with the finer Chinese restaurants in ft Wayne. If you haven't tried this place do yourself the favor
Great Hibachi Chicken. Make sure to get extra ginger ...one serving isn't enough. Great egg rolls and crab Rangoon. Prices are very reasonable.
Stopped by to grab some carry out for dinner. The drive through loops around the building in a big sweeping turn, it's convient. Menu is easily legible and I was helped immediately when I pulled up to it. I ordered general Tsos chicken, fried rice side and yum yum sauce. Total was $12. Food was good, general Tsos chicken could have been crisper though, was a touch soggy. Fried rice was delicious and their yum yum sauce is fantastic and sweet. Like to stop here from time to time and try something different.
I used to come here 20+ years ago when I was a college student at IPFW and I always remember it being good. My wife and I stopped by and got the Kung Pao Beef and Sweet and Sour Chicken and an egg roll. Everything was hot and delicious. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Fort Wayne and I've been to a lot of them.
It only does drive thru. The food is reasonably quick for being drive thru. I got a order in 5 minutes. They had Japanese and Chinese options. The cheapest prices I've seen in a while. Location is hard to get to unless you are driving east on stellhorn. They placed my peas on top of the fried so I could pick it out. My crab ragoon was triangles which usually they more crab. That fun.
