Small strip mall restaurant. Nothing fancy but good food at a good price. Lunch specials are real value. Easy to miss as not much signage.

Five stars because the food is always fresh, the staff always on it, the place is clean, quick and the prices are the best in town. Across the board this little hole in the wall is the best deal for good food in Houston’s northwest. Nothing fancy: just good food at the right prices

So freaking good, had the crispy vegetable rolls- best veggie rolls I have ever had. The fried rice contains enough veggies so you can feel good about it being fried- flavor is good throughout and the sweet and sour chicken is great. We have been looking for a good chinese place in tomball and we have found it! And the portions are great value for the price

Food really good I will say I’m a big Crab Rangoon girly and the Rangoon is straight Cream Cheese nothing else but everything else was really good! Customer service was really good as well

This establishment offers some of the most delectable Chinese cuisine I have experienced in quite some time. The premises were immaculately maintained, the service was expeditious, and the tea was devoid of any peculiar aftertaste. Furthermore, the pricing was very reasonable. I opted for the sweet and sour pork accompanied by the hot and sour soup, which, in my opinion, was the finest I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.

Been coming here for years. Food is always good, service is great, and very affordable. Highly recommend the C4 with eggdrop soup!

I have been dining at and taking home Chang's for well over a decade. My wife LOVES the food and I had the pleasure of taking her there for the first time just last night. She was all smiles. Their egg rolls and cheese puffs are the best we've ever had. The entrées are even better. Chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, and fried rice.... it doesn't matter. Whatever you choose is sure to please. I'm always greeted with a smile, and I'm always smiling as well. I consider Chang's a "Can't miss" if you crave Chinese.

Great food, good portions, and fair prices. I was in the mood for Chinese cuisine and this place hit the spot. I had General Tso’s chicken and it was excellent. Crispy chicken and a spicy, tangy, sweet sauce. We also tried the spicy pepper beef and everything was tender and prepared with care. I asked for extra spicy and they delivered.

Walking in it looks like they basically do to go or delivery, smells funny maybe because of of all the to go containers & bags etc. Tables were clean bathrooms had soap - toilet paper but no hot water to wash hands. Service was good but wouldn’t let me order a side of beef fried rice for my son only the huge one, that’s why 4 stars. Live the fact they don’t have plastic to eat out of!! Food was good and hot that’s a plus! Thanks!

Great serving size, friendly service and tasty food! The orange chicken was delicious, it comes with a little bit of broccoli. Egg rolls are a good size and held their crunching until we made it home. Fried dumplings have a special texture I haven't seen before. They were like cloud fluffy but with delicious fried flavor. Pork fried rice was a generous portion and not too greasy. Overall excellent experience, we will definitely come back!
