We are " NEW " Customer's. Not our 1st time ordering. " Excellent " Quality of food. Definitely " authentic " Italian food. Roast beef was delicious melts in your mouth !

They are the Best and Brad who does a lot of our employee functions At The Pines at Philadelphia Rehabilitation Healthcare Center is amazing we are always amazed at what we throw at him he comes out on top ! There has been no other food vendor put out such great food with different nationality flavor we ask him and his staff Thank you Brad and the Big Al’s Staff for being the best in Northeast Philadelphia

I had a well done medium pizza and it was a great pizzeria type pizza. They cooked it perfectly. The service was great. The place was clean and had plenty of seating to eat in. The service was quick and priced well. I'd gladly go there again and look forward to trying different things next time I visit

Cheese steak, and Mozzarella fries. To me, their food is very good, their portions are equally as good. The place itself is clean, and their staff is friendly, and they are very accommodating,in terms of service!! I highly recommend going here, whether you are dining in, or picking it up. Their delivery service is very good as well.

I had such a great experience at Big AI Pizza! The food was absolutely delicious — the food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their milkshake was also amazing, creamy and perfectly made. What really stood out, though, was the service. Kai took care of us, and he was outstanding. He checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome the whole time. It’s not every day you get food this good and service this great. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time here and we ordered the calzone with spinach. I am going to try the gluten free pizza next time we stop in the store. The woman at the counter was very friendly and the place was clean. The only item missing from the Calzone was the ricotta cheese which is usually inside along with the mozzarella. I guess I will have to ask next time since they are so similar to the stromboli.

I love Big Al's Italiano with their friendly service and their delicious food. They have a great big slice deal at two fifty each. Very good pizza of all types. A good cheese steak. Great hoagies. Wonderful Italian platters and all the rest burgers wings wraps and more. They've added an ice cream bar too. Oh and by the way a BIG Al shoutout for the sitting benches at Roosevelt n Holme and also Bustleton and Strahle right where I live. Thank you kindly!!! Love the pizza slice special!!
