Definitely an experience, but you might be better off ordering to go. Lots of families and children, plus loud music, make it hard to have a conversation. Another place that's pushing for cashless payment, despite Qris not working for foreigners. Decent service and food

Came here because I was craving for soup (haven’t eaten their soup since I was a kid), so I got the puff pastry mushroom soup and it’s lack of flavour.. I desperately wanted to ask for salt and pepper but I didn’t. The quartza pizza was huge and was just okay
A very nostalgic place in Blok M Plaza! I've been coming here since I was in elementary school. It's always been my go-to spot for comfort food, usually with family. Service are great. I highly recommend their garlic bread as an appetizer, it's a must-try. And their lemon tea is super refreshing!
Tried the personal super suprime with cheesecrust and baked lasagna. Taste on point and the ambience relatively calm in midst of hectic saturday in Blok M Plaza Area.

Starting appetizers to desserts. I love Super supreme pizza, spaghetti bolognaise, their garlic bread very yummy also salads. Situated at 1st floor of Blok M Plaza. The prices is reasonable. When in doubt, Pizza Hut is usually a safe choice inside a mall. And this branch at Plaza Blok M mostly delivered. The place is clean, cozy, not overly crowded, and the staff are helpful and attentive. Service-wise, no complaints. It’s comfortable enough to sit, relax, and eat without feeling rushed. I ordered a simple solo meal: Coke Zero, one personal American Favorite pan pizza, and a salad. The pizza tasted exactly like what you expect from Pizza Hut. Reliable, familiar, and satisfying. Now, the disappointing part: the salad bar. Salad is one of my must-have items every time I go to Pizza Hut. But now they only serve around 13 items at the salad bar. It used to be much more varied. The selection feels noticeably reduced, and that’s honestly disappointing. I don’t know whether this is a branch decision or a broader franchise policy across all Pizza Hut locations. But what I do know is that the salad bar is not what it used to be. And for someone who genuinely looks forward to that part, it’s a letdown. Overall, still a good branch. Clean, cozy, solid service. But if you’re coming mainly for the legendary salad bar experience, lower your expectations a bit.
