The Pizza Shack

Do not recommend the cinnamon sticks. The pizza was good. One of my pizza was slightly burnt, but no complaints from my child. Staff was nice. This is my favorite location so I will be back in two months for my pizza fix.

Shack perfectly describes this little place; though not too shack-like where it would deter customers from dinning in. I would describe it as cozy. I ordered a Large half Hawaiian add bacon, half pepperoni extra pepperoni (essentially a three toping pizza). The price was $28.99. Yikes! It should also be noted that their "Large" pizza is 14 inches, not 16 as is the industry standard (at least within small, mom and pops pizza places. Pizza chains follow this sizing model). I personally don't consider a 14 inch pizza a Large. That is usually a Medium. Anyway, moving on. The pizza was not bad. The amount of toppings and cheese were plentiful; though I wouldn't say plentiful enough to make up for the sticker shock. The dough was soft, almost Domino's like. Not crispy as I prefer it. The beauty of small pizza shops is that each one has their own pizza dough recipe which makes them unique. This was too "chain" like. Nonetheless, the pizza was good. The combination of super high price and lack of uniqueness when it comes to the dough, would deter me from being a regular (especially the price). Overall the value was not there. I don't feel that I received money's worth. Again, the pizza was good. My rating is based on value, uniqueness, and my probability of visiting on a regular basis. I would not deter anyone from trying their pizzas. Your opinion may be different than mine.

Visited mid day on a Tuesday. Not crowded at all. Super fast and friendly service. We ordered the medium carnivore. It was perfect! Best tasting pizza that I've had in awhile. The cashier was super nice...she offered a chocolate chip cookie to my son. It was delicious too! We will be back.

You can never go wrong with The Pizza Shack!!! All original, all handmade, all fresh, all the time, from open to close, everyday!!! These pictures are just my medium Supreme and as you can see, it's thick enough to eat with a fork and knife!!! ENJOY!!!

Delicious pizza!!! The cheese sticks were great too! Service was okay, they were nice but noticeably flustered. They were super busy so it’s a good problem to have. Price was pretty good and they had a lot of options. We’ll take the wait for the food we got, it was very good! Highly recommended!!!

I was told to try The Pizza Shack and I'm glad I did. I called in my order and was told 25 minutes, which is reasonable time during busy hours. I was there to pick up a little early and the pizzas where being put in the window as I spoke to the two young ladies, who were very friendly and nice. And both practiced great manners towards the covic pandemic . And best pizza I've had in a very long time . And I've been all over the country. Price was very fair. If I had to complain about anything parking is a little confusing for a first timer. But the pizza and service makes up for that. &*that was what is left and we are stuffed

Was my first time going here. Service was quick. Very friendly employees. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. The restaurant was clean. The pizza had a little too much sauce for my liking but tasted great. It’s also kinda thin. Took them about 15-20 mins to get the pizza out to me which is reasonable because it was hot and fresh. Overall, good experience and food was good.

The food is great. It's filling and they pile the food onto the pizza as well as everything else is decked down with the ingredients. They are opening a new pizza shack in pearl, MS. On hwy 80 by the harbor freight.

Best pizza I've ever had! My husband and I love pizza-everywhere we travel we try the best pizza in town. Pizza Shack in Jackson has been our favorite pizza of all!! The double cheeseburger is crazy good (first picture). Small pizza is plenty for one.
