A nice place with a nice ambiance. The food was very good as well, especially the ramen and the gyoza. I look forward to my next visit to try something new.
We ordered the Chicken Spicy Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious! We also tried the Chicken Karaage—while it was just okay for me, that might be because it was my first time trying it. Overall, the experience was fantastic!
This is a go-to place for me, it's been consistently delicious for years. Rarely crowded, and a large bowl of ramen is just the thing on a cold day. Particularly like the bulgogi meat (suki ramen bowl) - it's falling apart with a bit of char and sweetness and served on the side so it doesn't get soggy in the soup. I've tried most of the ramen bowls and they're all excellent. I can hardly think of any way this restaurant could be better - maybe mixing up the soundtrack a little more.
I like to pretend it’s a secret place downtown that only I know about However it is one the best restaurants we have in Moncton; here’s why All employees have such a lovely spirit, and it always puts a smile on my face. Portions are beyond fair, and the more expensive dishes are loaded with seafood, flavour etc… well worth it Favourite dish: Tantan Ramen + bulgogi
I would call it Korean ramyeon rather than Japanese ramen. The noodles are softer and less flavourful. Granted I didn’t exactly order a traditional ramen either. The menu leans more Korean overall. Loved the chashu tho. Good portions, lovely service.
Excellent service! The food was amazing so delicious…I traveled from Saint John to Moncton and Tokai Ramen was such a great experience.
It's a good ramen spot! Bursting with flavor, their diverse menu satisfies every palate. Impeccably clean ambiance enhances the dining experience. Good service elevates this place. A must-try for ramen enthusiasts!
It's very hard to find an authentic Ramen place in NB, this place comes pretty close to it! We had a Tonkotsu ramen, a Miso ramen and a side of their delicious crispy katsu. The Chashu was extraordinary!! It's definitely worth adding extra to your bowl!
