Jerk It Up

Stopped for a quick bite on the road. So nice to have something other than a burger! The chicken was amazing. The 2 people running the place are kind and funny. The rice needed a little more flavor and there is no dine in option or even picnic table. We drove to another town on our way and stopped in a park to eat. Would go to Jerk it Up again if in the area!

Just the best! Beats all food in Wasaga Hands down. Thanks Ray you make amazing food. I’ve had the oxtail and now the goat curry. I would be here all the time if my wife was a meat eater. Best Regards, Grant Wylie

As far as I could see this is the only place on the Wasaga strip serving actual real food, the rest is absolute garbage on this strip. With that said, I ordered the jerk chicken meal size small, and it was actually good. You can tell the chicken has definitely been cooked on a grill and has that nice grill taste to it. For a 'small' size, it is actually a pretty healthy size. I think the price is fair and on par with what I would usually pay for this amount. The young guy serving was very polite and I definitely recommend this place for if you're looking for real food and good at that, above anywhere else in Wasaga.

This food was so good. Tried it at the Soca and Sangris event at Mad Dogs. Rice was Smokey and delicious chicken was juicy Smokey and amazing.

New to the area. Got recommended this gem by clients, can’t express enough how delightful dinner was, it’s been ages since I had good Jamaican food. Longer since I’ve had great. Will definitely be back

Was looking for something quick to grab for lunch, stopped in and ordered a beef and veggie samosa. Holy moly, if you're looking for authentically spiced samosas, I recommend trying this place out! I definitely would like to go back and try their jerk dishes, as the smell from the kitchen was insanely delicious smelling!

Okay I had this jerk at the Beaver Valley Fall Fair yesterday & I am a jerk lover & I tracked down where it came from as I have to say “THIS IS THE BEST JERK I HAVE EVER HAD” I live at Blue Mtn & WILL drive to get this!!!!!!!I. It tastes the way Jerk should. Amazing combination of spices, right amount of spice. It is RIGHT ONGOOD JOB. I ate mine when I got home. I wish I had eaten at fair as I would have bought MUCH MOREIt is PERFECTION bbque taste. Not too hot & just perfect

I had the oxtail - it was fantastic. Lots of meat, lots of gravy and rice. Pepper was at a good level. This is good, authentic Jamaican food. Price was perfect.

Amazing authentic Jamaican food for a great price. Flavour is off the charts, service is friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back for more!
