It’s been years since we last came to Milestones. We tried eating here for Mother’s Day. The food wasn’t too bad, the burger was a bit on the dry side. The drinks were good we had the two kinds of mimosa, the shoyu Caesar and the true north Caesar. The coconut calamari was good, as well as the clam chowder to start. We had a mix of food from the brunch and lunch menu. Two orders of smash burgers, and a 19 something burger which was on the dry side. The Mac and cheese was bland and the steak and eggs was such a small piece of steak. The shakshuka was probably the best thing from the menu. Service was good over all.

The service was really good, nice atmosphere. They could use with a few more craft beer selections. The food was good, good flavour. Two of our sides were supposed to come with focaccia bread and we realized half way through our meal. They came out with it but it's definitely not focaccia bread. It's a nice spot to have dinner on the patio

Great customer service. The food was amazing. I had enough to bring home with me. The server was extremely friendly and made sure to take a few pictures when we had asked as it was my sister’s birthday.

Finally had a chance to get together with my sister for some much-needed sister time. Told her that I booked us a lunch date at Milestones over on Red Hill for Dec 17th at 1 pm. From the moment we walked in and got seated by a friendly server, I was optimistic for a positive experience. Well, let me tell you, we were in for such a treat. My sister and I have never experienced such warm and friendly service in years. I have been a Milestones fan since having Christmas lunches at the Ancaster restaurant, but this was service beyond all levels. I was so glad that we dined closer to home. This was our first time dining at the Red Hill location. Morgan came to our table and introduced herself to us, suggested some items on the menu, and her candour was very much appreciated when she suggested some festive drink ideas when I asked. I ordered the "Winter Club" and was very pleased. (We started out with sparkling water and my sister had her coffee, which she complemented that it was just the right brew.) When our drinks were brought over, Morgan remarked that if I was not happy with it, she assured me that she would see to it for a suitable substitute. I was not disappointed, in the least. Then came time to order. We shared the Spinach and Artichoke dip (one of my favourites, and my sister's first time trying this app), and we still had lots left over prior to our main courses. My sister ordered the Blackened Chicken Alfredo, and I ordered the Crispy Shrimp Noodle. My sister tends to favour the less-spicier of dishes, so this one was perfect for her palate. Just enough garlic so as not to overpower her dish, and she really enjoyed the cheese combinations and the texture of the pasta. My crispy noodle bowl was filled with a generous amount of large and seasoned shrimp, topped on a delicious bowl of ramen noodles with a variety of spices that I would never be able to replicate in my own home kitchen. And that's the whole point of dining out - to enjoy something you typically wouldn't make yourself. The dishes were plentiful, the plates were full of food - so much so that for once we ended up taking our left-overs home, along with the dip and tortilla chips. (I apologize that I don't have photos, as my words won't do any justice to the chefs and line cooks who did a wonderful job - but I'm not comfortable snapping pictures in a restaurant at the dining table. So old-school that way. LOL). I don't usually do desserts, but Morgan brought us over a delicious and delectable HUGE slice of carrot cake. It was so tasty that we didn't leave a crumb. The one drawback (if you can call it that) is this - we were spoiled with the best ever customer service and food service that we ever experienced in a long time. Morgan set a very high bar for what we experienced at our luncheon yesterday. Her bubbly personality, her lighthearted and cheery dialogue with us just made our experience that much more enjoyable. She was not interruptive at the least, but took the time to come refill my sister's coffee and checked in on us to see how we were doing without being obtrusive. She is the consummate professional in her field. Thank you, Morgan, for helping to provide both me and my sister a most joyful and lovely lunch date together. We will definitely be back! Happy Holidays to you and yours, Morgan! Sincerely, Denise and Cathy XO

In search of a resonably priced dining experience our family found itself at Milestones in Hamilton. With no prior experiencence of the restaurant, we trusted to providence and entered. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambience, the welcoming reception that our small group received on its unscheduled arrival, and the delivery of a menu offering a broad range of selections in which every one of us found something that whetted our appettite. We were off to a good start. As with all of us, I have eaten - but not "dined" - at many roadhouse establishments. Milestones entirely exceeded our modest expectations in this regard, and I am pleased to report that it is a restaurant in a superior category altogether. There is simply no comparison. The atmoshere was comfortable and attractive and the service was both personable and professional. The meals arrived just as ordered in generous portions, and were consumed with the unanimous and vocal approval of our party. Milestones served our family well where many others have failed. Bravo! We greatly look forward to dining there again.

We had such a magical Valentine’s Day here. The ambiance was beautiful—soft romantic lighting, elegant décor, and such a warm, welcoming vibe that instantly set the mood for the evening. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, the management and staff handled the rush so calmly and smoothly. They made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of the whole time, and we truly felt valued. Their attention, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish looked stunning and tasted even better. The chef’s Valentine’s specials were definitely a highlight and showed so much creativity and care. And the dessert… just amazing. It was rich, indulgent, and the perfect sweet ending to such a memorable night. Thank you to the entire team for making our Valentine’s celebration so special and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic and luxurious fine dining evening! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic first visit — amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere This was our first time visiting this Milestones at the Red Hill location in Hamilton, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We started with drinks — the Original Bellini and Old Fashioned were both perfectly made, and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing and delicious. For appetizers, we shared the M chicken wings, Wagyu beef gyoza, and Wham-Bam shrimp — every single one was outstanding. Special mention to the scallion aioli dip that came with the wings; it was so good we had to get an extra one! For mains, I had the NY Striploin, which was cooked beautifully and full of flavor, perfect medium-rare, and my wife had the portobello mushroom chicken, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and balanced perfectly. You can tell the kitchen really cares about consistency and quality. Service was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe of the restaurant made it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. While we were there, we noticed the very tempting brunch menu and happy hour specials, and they both looked amazing — definitely giving us an excuse to come back soon. We’ll absolutely be back and can easily see this becoming one of our regular spots. Highly recommend for both casual dinners and special occasions.

I must thank our server Morgan. On Saturday evening I took my parents for dinner. My folks are 88 and 85 years old so a little bit of patience is needed. Morgan was amazing. She was so incredibly patient, kind, engaging, attentive and just a joy to chat with. The restaurant was very busy, but she still made sure all our needs were met, always with a smile. She went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable…they were smiling ear-to-ear every time Morgan spoke with us. Thank you Morgan. We look forward to coming back.

Went for dinner with a friend it was nice. But they seat us in less desirable area when there are more empty seats around and I booked it in advance. Food was good I ordered salad was really good and cod fish it was well cooked. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, they’re nothing special, so so food and mediocre. But I love Milestone, they serve great quality of food and services. Great job

We had a good dinner. The service was a little than the food, at least on the night we were here. We did enjoy the Baked Fish Tacos though. The salad and steak were good and the beer was cold. Luckily we had a gift card to help pay for the meal. It wasn’t a very busy night for a weekend and the volume is F a group just down from us was a little high, but I guess they were having fun.

We went there yesterday to spend valentines day with my partner and had a good experience inspite of how extremely they were packed. There was a delay in the food orders and people were waiting but we got there for our reservation on time which might have been a good thing as we had to still wait a bit to be seated. Although this impacted our date night, the server compensated our experience with their impeccable service. The staff and management kept coming to check on us and apologize for the delay. The food and drinks were fantastic. They had decorated a section to take pictures. There was a bit of a mismanagement in bookings I guess which impacted the service and delays but this is a one off as we are regulars at this location and always have a great experience. We will definitely go back and recommend this place.
