Laid back and fun place! Our waitress was wonderful, food just took a while to get at the start but once it started coming it was all good! Moist, easy pull crab legs, yummy hush puppies, and the vegetable crab soup was great too!
Soup was great. I got thr snow crab and the shells were soft, not crunchy which made them hard to open.
AYCE crab was all you could ask for! We definitely got our moneys worth. Went on a week day, it wasn’t crowded at all. The crab was pretty good and came out quick. We had no wait time on new crab clusters brought to the table, once we got down to a few clusters left on they try the waitress already had a new tray on the way! The soup, salad and hush puppies that come with the all you can eat were great too!
Very friendly staff and delicious food. Our waitress was phenomenal. The atmosphere is great with so many choices: indoor bar, booths, middle tables, outdoor bar, and outdoor tables... Ready for whatever crab feast gathering you'd like. Crabs are from the Chesapeake when in season. They also have alcohol specials as well. Will definitely be back.
Went for steamed crabs on a Sunday night. Our party of 8 was seated right away. We ordered their last 1-1/2 dozen medium streamed crabs, crab soup, a crab pretzel, beers and soda. The crabs were full and perfectly steamed. Both MD and cream of Crab soup were very good. Service was friendly and fast. One gal was even nice enough to take our photo. Really pleased with the food and service.
Food was delicious, service was good. We were on motorcycles so it is awesome the parking lot is paved.
My party of three visited Dave and Jane’s Crab House on a Tuesday late afternoon. Since we arrived right as they opened, the restaurant was still quiet, which initially had me worried—but I shouldn't have been! We were met with warm, happy greetings for my daughter’s 21st birthday, which set a great tone for the meal. She went with the all-you-can-eat crab legs and a frozen daiquiri to celebrate. Everything was fantastic, from the service to the food. Thank you for making her birthday so special, we had a wonderful time!
We ordered both the ayce snow crab (roughly $70) and the ayce blue crabs (roughly $50)- which came with ayce shrimp as well. Everything was so good and cooked to perfection. The service was fast and our plates never went empty even when the place got busy.. all around great service. So glad we found this place on our little road trip and we definitely plan to make our way out there again! Our new favorite ayce crab place!
