Dinner with work colleagues, I love paella guys, and they collaborate sometimes, and saw they are Michelin rated, wanted see if they are the real deal. Service was great, he explained the menu to us one by one, because we arrived at different times. Ambient is very good, feels like we are in Europe. Food are top notch too, love the ribs, eggplant, and cheese. The only thing just average are the cauliflower and mushrooms, they are still good, but just not like the other dishes blew your mind good Definitely recommend to everyone, and we will be back for sure

This place was incredible. The olives stuffed anchovies were amazing. The chorizo (get the fried one) was to die for. The fried ribs also had some peppery after taste and was crispy outside but soft and tender inside. The iberico pork chop was also quite good, but not as good as the other dishes.

We had a great view of the pass from the bar. Everything here is so artfully done. The cocktails were terrific, service was very friendly and inviting, and the food was delicious! Perfect for date night!

Great experience! We went for Father's Day with a larger party and had to contact the restaurant via email due to our size. They were super responsive and helpful with all my inquiries! We ended up going during a special event where they cooked paella and we were still able to order off the menu as well! The food was delicious - we will definitely be back soon!

2025 update: Went back and can confirm the food is still very good. Additional things we tried: - iberico pork: 7/10. Loved the fatty bits at the end and the sour sauce pairs quite well. Bit on the pricier side but you’re paying for that particular breed + region - ling cod: 9/10. The STAR IS THE SAUCE. This restaurant does chilli oils SO well and this was no exception. Minus one mark because of the smaller portion of fish. Serving this with a few pieces of complimentary bread would be amazing to mop up the sauce - flan: 7/10. Not too sweet but nothing crazy Great service. We felt very taken care of and excellent recommendations ——————————- 2024 review: The michelin acknowledgment is well deserved. Portions are on the bigger side for tapas and im def not complaining. - Fried eggplant: 10/10. My fave dish of the night. The sweet sticky seasoning was amazing - pork neck: 10/10. Perf ratio of fat to lean - pescada: 10/10. Simplicity is the best! Had a whole grilled mackeral w a lovely chilli oil sauce. - gambari: 5/10. Nothing special. - shishito peppers: 8/10. Nice but careful of the few really hot ones - colacao(?) cake w ice cream: 8/10. Good and not too sweet - wu lei cocktail: 10/10. Nice big portion + smoky flavor frm the mezcal. Love Service overall was okay although we felt abit rushed. There were some dishes that hadnt come out and we were told there was another reso in 30 mins. The server also forgot one of our orders. The place is LIVELY. So good if u like that, but imo hard to hear and have a conversation. Quite small too and seating is not the most comfortable

Como surely offered a 5 star dining experience. We had the good fortune of being seated at the bar facing the grill/prep station, which added multisensory richness to the experience. The vibrant vibe infused with a dash of warmth and a refined informality, made it all the more special. The space has an eclectic aesthetic replicating the feel of a true Tapas bar situated in a bustling bazaar of Madrid. The food menu has plenty vegetarian options - a big win for us. The flavors were bold yet delicately balanced. Cocktails were prepared with great attention to detail. Personal favorites - Food: Patatas Bravas, Charred Broccolini, Burnt basque cheesecake Cocktails: Cannavaro, Rosa Hermosa, SL's Negroni 3.0

Really attentive, friendly service and great ambiance. Food easily rivals really great tapas bars we’ve been to in Spain. The pork ribs were our favourite!!
