Toro Sushi Restaurant

Went to Toro Sushi for the first time and tried sushi and shrimp for the first time ever and I absolutely loved it! The food was fresh and delicious. Big shoutout to Subah, our server. She was so kind, helpful, and made my first sushi experience amazing. The chef did an incredible job, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! .

I really liked the variety of dishes, even though I’m not that familiar with Asian cuisine. The selection looked so interesting, with rolls, full dinners, and ramen. I ended up choosing a bowl with a long, tricky name. What I got was a huge portion of rice, veggies, meat, and an egg, all served on a sizzling hot skillet with a tasty sauce on the side. It was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

My daughter and I absolutely love this sushi restaurant — it’s our favorite spot in town and has become our go-to place for special moments and little celebrations. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The sushi is consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The menu has something for everyone, and the attention to detail in every dish is just outstanding. What truly makes this place special is the staff — they are always so kind and attentive, and they’ve even started remembering our usual order, which makes each visit feel extra personal. It’s clear that the team cares deeply about what they do. Thank you for being a place where my daughter and I can share wonderful meals and even better memories. We started with the shrimp tempura and miso soup—both were delicious—and followed with a variety of sushi. This is hands down the best place in the area for sushi! I especially loved the double torch salmon and the crunch roll. The quality was excellent, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The restaurant also looks newly renovated, which really added to the overall dining experience. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, I was greeted at the main entrance rather quickly. Family friendly for children, offering high chairs. I ordered a classic innthe previous location: Bi Bim Bap, beef. Red sauce came before the main and it arrived in about 10-15 minutes super hot and in a stone bowl. Adding the red sauce is the way to go, slightly nutty flavour not alot of heat really makes the slightly sweet beef that is marinaded well come together with the egg and other vegetables. Vegetables are cooked perfectly, mild crunch on the zucchini and carrot. Beautiful presentation Rice had perfect crunch at the bottom of the stone bowl but wasn't burnt which is one of my favourite parts. I was checked on 2-3 minutes after testing by the staff. Over all very delicious food and attentive service. I plan to return to as I have been here before. Their sushi is to die for and it's quality is always very high and presentation is amazing. Toro has a secret about its Soy Sauce being that it is homemade. Making it one of the best places I have ever had once it all comes together. I am a tough marker so 5 stars is Michelin level service for me, this is an amazing spot everyone passing by should be jumping in and those nearby should be making the drive.

I recently was visiting the Belleville area for work and decided I wanted to get sushi for dinner. I stumbled across Toro sushi and it did not disappoint! The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered takeout and while waiting the staff was very welcoming and offered me a drink while I waited for my food! I’ll definitely be visiting again when I come back to Belleville! Appreciate the hospitality and amazing food! Highly recommend visit visiting this restaurant!!

Dropped by while in the area for a business trip. Interior is very well done - you can tell they have put a lot of thought into creating a modern and inviting dining space. I had the Hwe Dup Bap (Korean Poke Bowl) and they did not skimp on the sashimi. Sauce was very good as well. Staff was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to dropping by again when I am back in the area.
