Been taking more alike home dishes meals at this Ten Ren many times. Fall / Winter seasons menu is here. Sesame chicken soup set with rice and green salad taste great and keep warm in this cold weather. Enjoy great atmosphere , friendly servers, prompt service. Good for either even individual or few friends or family to enjoy meals together.

I wanted to get some Tim’s but decided to come here for Tea after Timmy When I came in I was in awe. It was a great first impression! I was in a different Ten Ren location numerous times but I didn’t like it So I wanted some Tea but when I felt the vibe, I wanted lunch. And it was great!!! The service here is better, faster & nicer and the food is tastier than the other Ten Ren location I had gone to. Except the last time (Ive been here 3 times) the server had some attitude in the end. But it kinda happens with businesses nowadays. Overall their staff are pretty professional. They will give you their cup to cover if your cup is from other brand I found it cute. The food here is light and snack-like, which I love. It’s hard to choose a fav because I liked them all. However if you would like to try Taiwanese food, I’d suggest steam egg (it’s very soft and yogurt like), chicken soup w/ginseng & goji berry. Their daily special is also excellent here. But if you wanna know my fav choice, drum roll pls, the famous ice plus topping dessert. It’s kinda tricky about how to order. For instance you have to pick all different layers and even ice etc I don’t really know how it works together if separately I don’t know how it looks like it’s not like you can just look at a pic and they will do that for you. So I’d hope they can do something for the people like me so in the future I can just order based on pic references. I really love the ambience of this restaurant. It’s bright, colourful and large. On the other side of the restaurant, there is a beautiful display where you can purchase tea and souvenirs. One occasion I went late at night, they were packed with customers from family with kids, & young adults to middle aged friends to seniors. It seems like a good place where people from all ages & backgrounds can hang out together and create a harmonious atmosphere.

Great place for a late snack and sweet desserts. Location is nice and spacious but can get quite loud due to the number of conversations and the interior design has nothing to absorb sound. Service lacks a bit when it gets busy but other than that, still a great place to go to.

Nice place to stay, it is spacious. Food tasted good. I ordered pork chop with noodle and soup. It was in a salty side. However, combo with no drink at weekend.

Food wasn’t bad. The beef tenderloin and black truffle noodles was good. Beef was tender and noodles had just enough truffle flavour. Wasn’t a big fan of the chicken, I think there was too much fat and combining it with cucumbers and cilantro didn’t go too well with my pallet. Maybe some caramelized onions would have maid it more flavourful? The Hokkaido milk tea was fire.

Drinks: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars Ambience: 5 Stars Value: 5 Stars Overall: 5 Stars Stopped by Ten Ren’s Tea for a quick bubble tea and had such a great experience! I’ve always loved their drinks, and this visit did not disappoint—the bubble tea was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. What really stood out this time was the space itself. It’s a beautiful spot with a spacious layout—one side is set up for dining with a cozy and authentic menu that I definitely want to try next time, and the other side offers tea consultations and packaged tea products. It felt like more than just a bubble tea stop—it was a full tea experience. The service was warm and friendly, and everything felt very clean and well-organized. I appreciate that this location offers both a casual grab-and-go option and a sit-down dining experience, which you don’t always see at bubble tea places. Ten Ren continues to impress me with its quality and consistency. Highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely be back to try the food menu soon! xx kellychan360
