We love this place! The food, desserts and drinks are all delicious. The Rice Rice Baby bowl is a favorite, the carrot cake cookie is perfect and their chai is one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and always very welcoming. A gem in Langley!
Grounds and Greens Vegan Café is such a lovely little spot in White Rock. The patio is beautiful, relaxed, and dog friendly which we loved. It’s the perfect place to stop after a walk and soak up some sunshine with your pup by your side. The food was amazing. I had one of the best muffins I’ve ever had… soft, flavourful, and exactly what I needed. Plus their cream cheese icing was so good there would be no way to tell it was vegan. The matcha drink I had didn’t quite hit the mark for me this time, but honestly, that happens. Sometimes it’s just an off day or maybe I picked the wrong one for me. I’ll definitely be back to give the drinks another shot because the vibe and the food were too good not to. And this place still deserves a great review! I’ll update this review once I’ve tried a few more options. A cozy, welcoming café that’s absolutely worth a visit.
This plant based cafe is amazing! The food is so flavorful and fresh and the owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming! My go to is the rice, rice baby, and a pastry. The carrot cake cookie and almond crossaint are my favorites. Highly recommend!
First time at a vegan cafe and wow I was amazed! Everything was on point, from the ambience, the friendly staff and the delicious food. I LOVE the mocha and I also tried the just eggsquisite and it was sooo good! Definitely coming back to try more! Wish we had one in the Bay Area! Best of White Rock!
Grounds and Greens is hughly recommended. It was amazing ambiance and aesthetics were elegant. Service and hospitality were top notch. The owner and manager Kristine did an amazing job. Their service were exceptional
I had a great experience at Grounds & Greens Cafe. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the variety of ingredients in my meal—the tofu was crispy, the veggies were well-seasoned, and everything came together beautifully. The breakfast sandwich was also a solid choice, with a nice balance of textures and flavors. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was good. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, though it was a bit cold inside, which made it less comfortable than it could have been
Grounds & Greens is a must-stop when traveling between Vancouver and Seattle. It’s just over the border in White Rock and worth planning your trip around. The entire breakfast and lunch menu is vegan, and honestly, it’s one of the best spots in the region. We stop here every time we travel back and forth and have never had a bad meal. You really can’t go wrong, but the breakfast wrap and pastries are especially amazing. Highly recommend.
Damn. I’m not vegetarian or vegan but this food was so good I didn’t feel like I was missing out at ALL. Everything is incredible. I had the best coffee EVER here, it was with oat milk and dates and orange peel but apparently it was seasonal because it was gone the second time I went. PLS bring it back. I live so close by and will come immediately if it’s back. I probably will again regardless of the drink, but it was the only time I ever actually liked coffee. WOULD RECOMMEND
