I really enjoyed my experience at Pho 99. The food was good and the regular portion was just right. The service was very fast — my food arrived quickly. I’m a big fan of pho, and I have to say I really liked the taste here; it was fresh and flavorf
We were delightfully full from the spicy beef noodle soup and the hot and sour soup. Not busy on a Friday night (score!), portions are solid, and the price won't make your wallet weep. Good stuff!
I loved their spicy vermicelli noodle soup. It was spicy yet quite good. My partner also liked her dish. This is coming from someone who doesn’t really prefer Viet cuisine so it’s a complement indeed. There are lots of seatings and place feels cozy although it’s not modernly decorated.
This place is great! Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very friendly server who showed us to a table. The restaurant has a really nice vibe and everything is super clean too. We ordered the #18 and #8, both large and really tasty! They give a lot of noodles and meat in their bowls, so you really get your money’s worth out of it too. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be coming back
I love the food here and it’s fantastic after a movie marathon. The staff could be more friendly and the atmosphere is not the greatest but their pho and banh mi can’t be beat!
This is one of our favs! We have been going here for over 5yrs. Very good and very consistent. Both my daughter's have their family birthday dinners here as well. We drive from Maple Ridge just for the wonderful woman who runs the front. We missed her today she was in the kitchen make magic! 5hank you for being so kind to our family!
This is our family’s go to Pho since 2018! Never gets disappointed with the food!!! The meat is almost always super soft, tender and juicy specially the ones on the rice platter. The soup is always flavourful and the spring rolls are so yummy!! I love their fresh lightly dressed salad too! With regards to the service, I think it’s more a cultural thing. The servers are probably not trained in customer service and I’m guessing it’s not a thing in their culture. But the lady gave us extra bowls and a pair of scissors even without us asking for it. She just did according to our order and seeing our baby!
I'm not a pho expert by any means, but I can tell that they have a really nice broth here. I know a handful of pho spots there are overall decent, but the broth is not a memorable one. For me personally, Pho 99 is a different story – soup itself is delicious. I also like that they have a small portion, which is perfect for me, so I don't have to take leftovers to go, which happens to me in many other Vietnamese restaurants. The prices are very reasonable. Service might be a bit slow, but taking into account everything said above, I'm okay with that.
I was there with my friend. He had a large noodles and the soup base was awesome. The portion was good vs the one closed by. I ordered an ice coffee and it didn’t disappoint :) went also today for hue. The soup base is yum and my friend’s grilled pork taste good as well. This is a taste of lemon grass on the meat.
Good. Brought hot tea right away. Meat is overly sweet but veggies fresh. Broth a bit over salted.
I’ve been going to this place ever since I lived next to this restaurant. I love the way this restaurant is built, looks very authentic. Their pho is amazing, and I love how they gave us condiments for it. I definitely would go here again. But it’s just that the prices are a bit expensive. Overall 8.7/10 Pricing -1.0 Service -0.3
I've been here many times, I don't always get the beef pho, I usally order the pork vermicelli Bowl, it's been really good latley they have some young teenager working at the front but he usually gets orders right place is pretty good. Even for take out its good a little bit expensive in my opinion. The soup is quite nice as well no tripe don't eat that.
great pho place inside the same building as zone bowling. the convenience of everything around is so nice when i go bowling with my friends
