When you go to a place and everyone treats you like they know you not like just one more customer that says a lot about a place. Jennifer was amazing she gave us suggestions about the menu and we were very satisfied even though you can't go wrong with any of the choices from the menu. We liked the food so much that we went 2 nights in a row.
Authentic Dominican flavors and warm hospitality! This spot is a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the aroma of slow-cooked meats, plantains, and rich spices that instantly transport you to the Caribbean. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food? Absolutely delicious. I had the oxtails with rice and beans—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tostones were crispy and addictive, Whether you’re Dominican or just discovering the cuisine, this place feels like home. Highly recommend! And the owner Richie came to my table!
Delirious Dominican style food. Guacamole and plantain are definitely worth the price. Deserts and fresh hot coffee evening hours. Staff is very friendly. Take out available
I was staying nearby and needed a relatively quick and filling lunch. This place qualified with 4 stars or more. Parking was relatively easy and I used the PassPort parking app. When I called the staff offered to give me quarters in case my app didn't work. The service was already great even before arriving. The food; yum! I ordered the Monfogo with skirt steak. It was perfectly cooked at medium rare. It was a filling meal but I insisted on finishing the steak, as it was so good. There were 2 sauce options and while I tried both I favored the chimichurri over the garlic. I will definitely visit again to try more of the menu.
I recently had a late lunch at Richie’s Restaurant for the first time, with a friend recommended to me by another friend. I am happy to say my friend was spot on about this restaurant. Food was delicious. The place is small, but very clean that’s a must for me. Waitresses were friendly. Presentation of the food excellent. I will go back and bring family.
AWESOME!!!!!!!! what an amazing dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. The server was a spectacular waitress and made us feel extremely welcomed and taken care of. Definitely recommend trying this place if you're in the area.
This place is a 10/10! Small starter restaurant with big restaurant vibes! Everything I ate was delicious. I started out with the teriyaki wings and my boyfriend got the trio. The wings were fried nice and crispy while the trio was pleasantly nice with a variety of beef, chicken and shrimp. For my main I got the churrascco steak with white rice and plantain. I got my steak medium rare and it literally melted in my mouth. My boyfriend got the shredded beef with arroz gandules and beans on the side. Everything was perfect. We ordered a pitcher of the delicious tropical sangria which gave us 2 glasses a piece. We finished off with a Tre’s leches and a caramel cheesecake. I ate till my belly popped and I have food to take home. Richie does not miss! I have zero complaints and cannot wait to come back!
Dined here for the first time today for an early dinner. Staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Place was clean, airy, and nicely decorated. Menu is very expansive with plenty of choices for appetizers and entrées. Went with the mofonguito trio to start off....very tasty. For the main dishes, I had the pollo guisado, and my wife had the pernil. Both were very well prepared and delicious. Our waitress, Taylor, who was superb, asked us if we wanted to try the house hot sauce. I'm glad we did...it was great!! Nice kick, but not overwhelming. Not sure why we waited so long to dine here, but will definitely be back in the near future. An awesome experience.
