We popped into this restaurant while on a road trip. This place might not have the glitz and glamor of those chain restaurants but the service and food was top notch. I love a a place with personality and this place has that in spades. If we lived in the area it would be a regular stop.
Absolutely delicious! Veggie plate for me, fried whiting for hubby. Those sweet potatoes…!!!!! Mmmmm and the cornbread!?!?! Light airy, perfect amount of sweet… EVERYTHING was good! Will definitely be back!!
Delicious Food & deserts! Friendly accommodating service, looking forward to visiting again ps. the Red Velvet Cake & Lemon Pound Cake oh so good. One small suggestion the other meals come with 3 sides for the same price as the Alfredo which comes with no sides. Maybe you could add one side along with the Alfredo. Whether you do or not we'll be back.
By far the best soul food I’ve ever had! The portions are insane, the flavors in each dish are perfection and meats freshly cooked. Definitely will come back and recommend it to anyone.
If you want some great soul food stop by and experience the southern hospitality from Ms. Barbra Standback at Emeri’s Eatery her restaurant offers a welcoming, familial atmosphere where food brings people together. My fried pork chops, with lima beans, rice, a roll and seafood salad was so so good. IF YOU DON"T BELIEVE ME STOP BY AND SEE!
Different Sunday special menu than on weekdays - normal menu is unavailable. Soul food classics in an easily portable format if you're traveling along I-95.
I found Emeri’s by chance when I happened to be in Harleyville. I searched food near me and Emeri’s was about 20 minutes away. When I arrived they were packed so I already knew the food was going to be good. I got the pot roast, Mac and cheese, collard greens and potato salad and let me tell you I didn’t leave the parking lot until my plate was empty! Will definitely be back!
We drove from Columbia as this place was written about in a SC travel magazine. It was definitely worth the drive. The food was good and the portions were amazing. My husband was in hog heaven: pork chops, rice and butter beans, fried squash and corn bread! I had the ribs with potato salad and Mac and cheese. Of course we took the peach cobbler and cheesecake to go. Worth the stop if you are in the area.
